Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

The service staff and location was great. However, a kettle and a fridge in the room would have been more convenient for a six-day stay. The room was sp**** and there were no chairs, cups or glasses in the room.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. This is truly an extraordinary, amazing hotel. The location just could not be any better, right next to the Opera House in the centre of Vienna. You can walk to most everything or there are major tram and Metro lines right outside the door. The hotel itself is classic and luxurious with old world charm, like being in a beautiful museum. And the rooms; without a doubt, this is the nicest hotel room I have ever had. It was spacious and comfortable with classic furnishings, sumptuous, exquisite bedding and delicious smelling toiletries. But the best part about this hotel is the staff. Genuinely warm and helpful service from everyone we encountered. From before we even arrived until the moment we left, we were made to feel welcome and valued. The concierge, the restaurant staff, front desk, housekeeping; no one could have been nicer, more helpful, or more accommodating. The breakfast was beyond excellent with the crowning touch being a honeycomb with fresh honey from their very own beehive on the roof of the hotel. I just can't wait to come back. Do yourself a favor and choose the Hotel Bristol when in Vienna. You will not be disappointed.

This hotel, as so many have mentioned, is in a superb location, about 3 minutes walk to the hop on buses. The staff are excellent, we arrived having spent a stressful time at the airport, because our luggage had not arrived. They supplied us with toothbrushes and paste and an emergency razor (my husband didn’t try it ) . On checking out we asked for a taxi, but was informed that the inner ring Strasse was closed due to a parade. We needed to get to the train station, and the bell boy(man really) collected as much of our luggage that he could carry and took as through the streets to an available taxi, our hero! The downside of the hotel, again well mentioned is the heat in the room, there was a fan but didn’t really help much. I also found the room noisy, we were overlooking the street and although lovely during the day with all the hustle and bustle, seen from the balcony, after dark the street is full of noisy people, and from dawn there was a constant stream of clanking dustcarts and delivery vehicles. Perhaps a room on the side street might be quieter. We enjoyed our stay there for staff and location, but not heat and noise!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
