The location is good, and the atmosphere is very nice when you go past the reception and enter the courtyard. There is a pool, and it is always crowded with tourists, mainly from Europe. However, cleaning is minimal, and there are a lot of mosquitoes at night, so it is difficult to sleep. If you take measures in advance, you can sleep well. In my case, I brought mosquito coils with me.

Very good breakfast. Nice quiet courtyard. The location is also very good. You can eat in the hotel. Cheap restaurants within walking distance. Bicycle rental around the corner. Scooters can be rented from the accommodation for 150,000 kip per day.

It’s an OK budget option.
Our room was next to the pump for the swimming pool, which was so noisy that it rendered the room uninhabitable during the afternoon.
Also there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. We asked the staff to spray the room when we were out. I don’t know whether they sprayed it or not but there were still lots when we got back in the evening.
