Nous venons de passer deux nuits sur place. Cet hôtel se situe hors de la ville et est donc au calme. Il faut un moyen de transport ou un taxi. Belle propriété verdoyante. Piscine sympa mais pas chauffée. Excellent accueil à la réception ou pour le petit déjeuner. Ce dernier est très varié est très copieux. Venir assez tôt pour la charcuterie…. (Pas comme nous…) La chambre que nous avions était en rdc et reprendrait 1/3 d une maison. Nous donnions sur la piscine (numéro 26) C est spacieux, propre, le lit est énorme. Traveller’s choice largement mérité. Félicitations à l équipe.

Struttura abbastanza nuova con giardino molto curato. Donne delle pulizie molto attente alle pulizie della camera e ai dettagli. Unica “pecca” per noi che abbiamo soggiornato per diversi giorni è la colazione poco varia, ogni giorno uguale. Avrei preferito o più scelta o qualche giorno qualcosa di diverso. Per il resto, servizio e personale molto gentile! Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Ma femme et moi avons passé une semaine, début juillet, à l’hôtel Cruccuris Resort en demi-pension. Le cadre est magnifique, le lieu très calme et propice au repos. Une belle expérience plombée par une conception particulière de la demi-pension : l’eau gratuite au petit-déjeuner mais payante le soir, l’impossibilité d’emporter sa bière (payée au prix fort au bar de l’hôtel) dans la chambre… Entre autres. Heureusement, il nous a été possible d’emmener notre bouteille de vin entamée à table, payée bien sûr en supplément et sur-facturée par erreur (?) au moment de l’addition. Dommage d’avoir du subir le jugement à peine dissimulé du maitre des lieux. Clou du spectacle, le robinet de la salle de bain, bloqué sur « tiède » afin d’éviter de remplir soi-même ses bouteilles d’eau fraîche. Heureusement, l’hôtel pense à tout : il y avait des bouteilles fraiches au frigo, payantes évidemment. Pratique lorsqu’il fait 35 degrés dehors. En résumé, un très bel hôtel idéal pour les gros porte-feuilles qui n’ont pas peur de gaspiller (car désolé, c’est le mot) leur argent. Pour les clients plus modestes et plus proches de la réalité, en revanche, nous déconseillons. Nous tenons malgré tout à faire remonter le comportement exemplaire du personnel, notamment les deux Mateo, Fabiola et Maria.
