It is a pity that the hotel did not provide obvious guidance at the train station. On the first day I arrived, I left the station directly and walked north to the main entrance, dragging my large luggage around in a big circle, which was really inconvenient. The hotel service is actually rather indifferent. Not only has no one ever guided this shortcut, but on the first day I came from Shanghai and refused to let me live, saying that I had to wait outside for the results of the nucleic acid test done at the train station to check in. Had it not been for a supervisor in time to see the nucleic acid report when I left Shanghai four days ago, I might have to sleep on the road for a day. The room type I chose is quite spacious, but the bathroom decoration materials and colors are relatively rustic, not worthy of the four-star standard, just look at the picture. The bathtub doesn't feel smooth to the touch, and I dare not use it if it is not clean. The hotel is only up to the eighth floor, and the line of sight is really good. You can see the sea to the east, and there is no train noise at all. The breakfast is very good, everything is available, delicious and not expensive. There is a self-service laundry room on the sixth floor, three washing machines and three dryers are very sufficient, basically there is no need to queue, that is, there is almost no laundry detergent every day. Overall, this hotel is a relatively good choice, probably between three and four stars.

The hardware is four-star, the service is three-star, every hotel wants to do a good job in service, but the management, training and personal understanding are very important. I stayed in the hotel for three nights with two friends and children, and it happened to be the first day I ate at Hanlefang I had a bad stomach and felt dehydrated, so I asked the waiter to deliver sugar at night, and the room service aunt enthusiastically took several packets of sugar and water. At noon the next day, I went down to eat a bowl of noodles. The two female waiters I met were also very nice and cared about me. Until I was eating dumplings in the restaurant at night, I met a wonderful waiter, a guy in his twenties, The speed of processing things is extremely slow. I sat and waited for an hour for a bowl of dumplings (I really didn’t have the energy to go out to eat) and watched him slowly handle every order, service or charge. At the same time, several groups of customers had requests , he can’t do it anymore, keep this efficiency all the time, just wait... Several groups of customers came to see for a long time and left without paying attention... Finally, I couldn’t bear it and asked the manager to complain, so I ate it in a state of starvation and death. When it comes to dumplings, the question is, how can your management let such a person who feels like an intern take charge of the first floor alone? Any girl on the second floor is ten times smarter than him, so it's really tolerant of the guests not to be complained about such a stupid kid...

The room is spacious and bright, hygienic and clean, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the front desk service is warm and polite, it is very close to the high-speed rail station, just a short walk away, very convenient, a very good stay experience!

Transportation: Near Weihai Station, the starting price of a taxi is about 10 minutes' walk, Hanlefang is downstairs, there are many delicious food, and it is very convenient to buy Korean products Hygiene: I stayed for three nights in total. Except for the thorough cleaning at the beginning of my stay, the rest of the nights I didn’t even make up the bathroom supplies. I didn’t know how to unclog the hair when the sewer was blocked, and I didn’t clean up the garbage in the bathroom. It doesn't look like it was cleaned at all. Environment: The lobby has simple facilities and looks very shabby. The hotel only occupies 9 floors, and the rest are all apartments. It belongs to the mixed accommodation with apartments above the hotel and below. Service: The non-smoking room booked on Ctrip, the smoking room arranged by the store, smells a bit, contact the front desk to change the room, it is changed, the service is average and quite satisfactory

Facilities: An old five-star hotel with very good facilities! Hygiene: clean, hygienic, no odor, great! Environment: The surrounding environment is very beautiful, and it is also close to the seaside.
