I specifically chose the Sylvia Hotel for my Dragon Boat Festival holiday, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Weihai. The hotel's overall environment is peaceful and comfortable, completely free of noise. The biggest surprise was the guest room – it was very spacious, and all the in-room amenities were top-notch. The bathroom featured Kohler fixtures, which made for a particularly pleasant experience. The location is the biggest plus. Step out of the hotel and cross the road, and you're right on Hanle Street, where you'll find all sorts of Korean food, night market stalls, and everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping in one place. Considering the environment, facilities, and location, the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Weihai!

Extremely, extremely clean! That was the most satisfying aspect. Secondly, the service consciousness was outstanding. Every staff member was attentive: greeting us warmly whenever we met, assisting with the elevator when nearby, crouching down to talk to children, providing tools for beachcombing and digging in the sand, and promptly resolving any issues they could, or offering alternative solutions if they couldn't. A special shout-out to the security guards at the entrance – they were all so welcoming. On the day we checked out, it was pouring rain and our driver was late. The guard in the lobby not only chatted with us and helped us call the car, but also inquired about our stay and assisted with our luggage. We're so grateful! Weihai truly stands out as the city with the best experience among all the tourist destinations we've visited.

The hotel was very clean. Although the room was small, it had everything I needed, and the service was comprehensive and thoughtful. That's why I stayed here for over half a month. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the TV offered many channels, which is great for anyone who loves watching TV. The beach, morning market, supermarket, Happiness Gate, and Seaport Bay are all just a short walk away, which is incredibly convenient. It's a perfect place to stay if you want to take your time exploring the city.

First, the good points: the breakfast was excellent, and the location is absolutely superb! You step right out to the sea, and the view from the window is fantastic! Service: The service was great. They provided fruit daily, and even offered late-night snacks (though I only redeemed it once, it was truly amazing!). When ordering takeout, a robot delivered it to my room, which was a fantastic experience. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. A big thank you to the cleaning staff who worked hard every day! There were a few minor drawbacks, but they didn't detract from the overall excellent experience: 1. We booked a Business Seaview Room, which should have been on floors 16-20. However, when my family checked in earlier, they were given a room on the 15th floor, right next to the elevator, which was quite noisy. This might have been because my family checked in about 10-20 minutes early and the room wasn't ready. But later, they upgraded us to a Family Twin room, which was a nice little upgrade, and I'm very grateful! 2. I felt the 'seaview' was more of a partial seaview. I couldn't find corresponding photos for the room when I booked. Perhaps the 'Scenic View Room' offers a more direct seaview, but this was still very good. 3. When we checked out, around 12 PM, they called to ask if we had checked out. This was a bit strange because we had left much earlier. However, these are minor issues that didn't affect the overall experience. 4. I hope they will provide clearer descriptions for seaview rooms in the future, especially for partial seaviews. PS: I absolutely love seaview rooms! I've traveled to many cities and almost always choose a seaview room.

Facilities: complete, with hair dryer, parking lot, sofa in the lobby to rest, restaurant, meeting room. Hygienic: Very good, the bed and bathroom in the room are very clean. Environment: Very good, simple and modern decoration, comfortable lighting. Service: Very good, the staff provided room upgrades and late check-out services, and luggage storage, very intimate.

Huge praise for Front Desk Agent X at the Weihai Weigao DoubleTree by Hilton! Their service was professional and incredibly warm. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a genuine smile throughout the check-in process, which was handled efficiently and quickly. They immediately offered the signature warm chocolate chip cookies, instantly easing my travel fatigue. They proactively and thoroughly explained breakfast times and the gym's location, and even thoughtfully recommended a scenic seaside route. When I asked about luggage storage and parking, they were patient, detailed, and answered all my questions with a polite and gentle demeanor. The hotel lobby is clean and grand, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the location is convenient, close to a shopping area. The meticulous service from the front desk truly reflects the hotel's attentive management. My stay was perfect, 10/10! This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Weihai, and I'll be sure to ask for Front Desk Agent X again next time!

Very close to Liugong Island and many great local eateries, all walking distance. The hotel is also in between the two rail stations, not too far from each at 15 min drive via Didi. Front desk and cleaning lady were super friendly and helpful. It is also close to a local morning market which is about 7 min walk only. Nice view and big room. The only thing that I hoped to have was a laundry room. There is a cute kitty in the lobby sometimes. 😊

My stay at the Atour Hotel Weihai was truly excellent this time around. The location is a huge plus, right next to Happiness Gate, and you can step right out to the sea. It's so convenient for walks and enjoying the sea views, and the night scenery is beautiful too. The hotel overall is clean and tidy, and the room decor is cozy, giving you a sense of quiet comfort and being well looked after. The bedding is super comfortable, and I slept really soundly. The service also deserves a special mention; the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to details. Amenities were complete, hygiene was spot on, and breakfast was abundant – I usually skip breakfast, but I couldn't resist here! For my two-night, three-day stay, on the second day they even brought four bottles of water and two bottles of honey black tea. That's why I booked two nights in Yantai and five nights in Qingdao. Atour is definitely a brand you can trust.
