整體服務挺好的，外賣送來會有機器人幫忙送上來，特別是我落下了東西小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，室內環境很有設計感，交通方便，出門就是體育場和龍舟比賽基地，房間內也讓人感覺温馨，性價比很高的酒店，房間非常乾淨服務總枱熱情服務。下次還會選擇這裏

説實話我一直認為連鎖星級酒店不應該是如此的差勁，晚上Checkin沒有人在前台值班，房間的浴巾是潮濕未乾，沒有梳子問酒店要，清潔阿姨説沒有購買回來😂，去洗衣房洗衣沒有洗衣液，只有洗衣粉，後面還是叫阿姨送了洗衣液，温德姆號稱4星級，性價比也太低了吧。

因為是新開酒店，設備設施都是新的，一開始擔心有異味，上去住後房間沒有什麼異味，而且房間的設備都是智能模式，連馬桶也是，早餐種類也很豐富，地下停車也方便，前台也基本能滿足客人的需求。
