P & E Hotel (Wuxi New District Xinzhicheng) Reviews

To say it's bad is to put it mildly. The location was alright, though the area around the hotel was pretty noisy up till the wee hours of the night. Hotel itself was ok in terms of cleanliness, but the room floors always felt like there is a layer of dirt on it. Room itself was very basic, and devoid of any feelings of comfort or ease. The bed was hard as a rock, and pillows were low and flat. I basically easily had the worst sleep of my life there. The room had no safe, and the shower was bizarrely designed, with a raised slab where you shower in and the water flows off to the sides. The slab itself feels unclean most of the time. The breakfast was mediocre at best, with minimal selection, and the toaster was dead the second morning I was there, and I had to have the worst fried noodles I have ever ingested in my life. Definitely do not get the breakfast option if you ever book, because you can easily get food from the area around the hotel. Overall, stay at your own risk. As for me, this was definitely a one-off as I will never ever consider this hotel ever again.

The overall experience is not good: 🍃Environment: There was a problem with the bathroom light in the room I lived in. When I first went in, it flickered and flickered to frighten me. Later, I was about to tell the service desk. I didn’t say it after seeing that it was fine. As a result, there was still a problem with turning on the light when I went back to the hotel. 🔔Service: I opened the room for two days, but I went upstairs to the door the next day and found that the room card could not be swiped. I called the front desk and said it was demagnetized. The problem is that they did not inform me in advance, so I ran upstairs and downstairs twice. It was almost noon when I slept the next day. I didn't care when I heard someone knocking on the door, but I heard that the other party opened the door directly... It turned out that my aunt came to clean... 🙄 In all respects, I will not stay in this hotel again in the future

酒店也是第二次選擇入住，入住感受還是比較好的，前台服務態度熱情，房間也很乾凈整潔，周圍停車方便（吃飯點還是比較緊張的）[偷笑]周圍吃的很多，各種口味都有，還是很不錯的！晚上廣場人很多，很是熱鬧！

房間很乾凈，每次來無錫出差的話，都會住在這個酒店，裏面的東西都挺衞生的，房間也很安靜，嗯，住在那個8樓層的話，其實感覺好像是最好的，然後吃早飯也很不錯，就在1樓也是挺舒適的一個環境

入住房間還是跟整潔的，前台服務很熱情，還給贈送了早餐，很貼心！周圍吃的真的很多，各種類型都有，朋友小聚還是和家人都很方便，酒店停車也是免費的！不錯的酒店！[微笑][微笑]

前台服務非常好，給免費升級了房型，還介紹了周邊的美食街，衞生打掃得也很乾凈，感覺物超所值，值得推薦。下次來還會選擇這裏，物美價廉。和十多年老朋友見面，第一次來無錫，留下了美好的回憶。

整體入住還是很不錯的，房間整潔，採光很好，周圍吃的特別多，晚上還可以逛夜市，停車場也好停，停車免費，前台服務態度很好，一次不錯的入住體驗，值得推薦[微笑]

酒店位置優越，周邊配套餐廳娛樂休閑設施都很多。房間夠大，設施基本完好，淋浴間的地磚有一塊破裂，而且沒有固定，有安全隱患。停車場是和其他機構共用的，晚上6,7點左右車位非常緊張。這些都是小問題無傷大雅。最不滿意的有兩點，一是健身房設備大部分都是壞的，一台跑步機完全不能用，操控面板都是壞的。動感單車座椅是活動的，根本無法使用，很奇怪酒店的相關工作人員根本不維護嗎？二是早餐太簡單，麪檔居然是自助的，需要自己操作煮麪條😂。另外也沒有咖啡機，僅僅是煮的那種最簡單的咖啡，口味淡如水。
