要説是酒店，感覺算不上。可以算作是很專業的民宿吧。
温泉品質一般，和臨潼那邊的沒法比，前台沒有大堂，房間也很小，設施裝修都太一般了。
車是停在路邊，前台説能保證交警補不貼條，行李要翻山越嶺，呵呵。
其他服務到是挺好。
5分好評肯定是給不了的，3分上下吧。
因為確實不怎麼樣，應該不會再來啦！

酒店整體還不錯，前台周靜服務熱情，有需求響應及時。開車到北門停車場，酒店有車來接。11點前免費加熱水，但温泉水涼得還挺慢的我也沒加。

帶小孩去玩的，酒店環境很好，房間乾淨衞生，服務很貼心，到停車場有擺渡車來接，特別是前台周靜，有任何問題及時解決，小朋友玩的很開心。

環境挺棒的，第一次泡室外，還挺美得，房間裏的奧特曼因素挺多的，孩子玩得很開心，前台女孩吳歡歡很熱情，給孩子送了小禮物還有便民車接送，房間乾淨，還有飲用熱水，早餐品種也挺多的，下次有時間還會再來打卡

房間很好，私湯也很舒服，酒店整體環境也十分私密，整個服務質量很好，半夜不小心打碎了紅酒杯，劃破了腿，服務人員大半夜及時趕到，給提供了碘伏和創可貼，很不錯的體驗，前台陳月服務很到位，微信隨時服務，隨時給放水，也很及時。

房間很大，還有陽台，服務周到離停車場很近，唯一遺憾的是房間熱水出水不夠大而且要放很久才熱，有點浪費哦
晚安甜湯:剛好快來大姨媽，甜湯服務好貼心
擦鞋服務:還有奔跑的鞋子被擦乾淨，第二天穿着都舒服。
餐飲服務：餐點真的特別好，各種菜系都有！
