The service attitude was absolutely fantastic, from the front desk to the cleaning staff – everyone was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues. However, it's clear the hotel is a bit older, as the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great. Also, some of the in-room amenities might have minor quirks, but the hotel staff were always on hand to assist. The breakfast, while not offering a huge variety, was very homely and delicious.

I had a layover in Lanzhou, so I decided to stay overnight in Xining and chose Wanda Vista. It's about 5-6 kilometers from Xining Station, and taxis are very convenient. The hotel is located on a high floor, so the accommodation environment is quiet, and the facilities are comprehensive. The front desk staff, both the men and women, were very helpful. I requested a one-hour late checkout, which they happily accommodated. I really appreciate it! Since it wasn't peak season, the hotel offered great value for money. I recommend staying here.

This was my first time staying in Xining; usually, I just passed through on road trips. I booked this hotel because it was close to the Provincial People's Hospital, where I had some business. I got the largest room. After registering my phone number at the front desk, I could use a WeChat mini-program to open the door and even control the room lights. Everyone says hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning, but this one actually does – good foresight, I guess! The front desk service was excellent. I asked for recommendations for places to visit, and after work, I walked to the nearby Xiaguan Night Market. It was within walking distance, and I ate so much I was stuffed when I got back. I've already saved this hotel on my phone's map for future reference.

The moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by a faint, refreshing scent of disinfectant mixed with air freshener. The front desk area was spotless, and the counter I touched during check-in had no dust whatsoever. In the room, I found the sheets and pillows perfectly neat and clean. Common items like the mouthwash cups and electric kettle were all sealed. The hallway had noise-reducing carpets, so I couldn't hear any disturbing sounds. The overall environment made me feel very secure.

I had a good experience in this hotel. It was previously booked by my tour and we extended our stay as our train to Lhasa was at 11pm. The staff were courteous and frequently checked in with us to check if everything is satisfactory. I was impressed by staff Jinjin (津津) as she noted that we were headed to the railway station and arranged a complimentary transfer for my family. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Xining in future.

The hotel is located on Bayi East Road, in the east of the city, right next to the Wuyue Plaza business district. It's close to the highway entrance and exit, and a short drive from Xining Station, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Free underground parking is available. As a new establishment, the facilities are all brand new. The lobby boasts an elegant design with a natural ambiance. Guest rooms are spacious and equipped with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and smart bathroom fixtures. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. The cleanliness is excellent, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a quiet and comfortable rest. The service is excellent, especially from Bella, An, and Lily. The breakfast buffet offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options. In addition to standard dishes, there's a special section for Qinghai local specialties like yak yogurt and 'Tianpei,' which are highly praised. Amenities include a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room, and the staff are attentive and polite. The only drawbacks are the lack of a swimming pool and its slightly distant location from the city center attractions. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was sparkling clean, and the bedding was perfectly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were friendly and attentive, paying attention to every detail. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. This was definitely the best choice of our trip. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart controls were convenient. The location was good. However, the smell of smoke in the room was unbearable, and at 1 a.m., some inconsiderate guests were making loud noise, which was really annoying. There wasn't 24-hour hot water; by the time I was almost finished showering, the water had turned cold, so I just had to finish quickly. There was basically no service; the receptionist didn't say much, just coldly handed out room keys.

I checked in at night. I called beforehand to ask for directions, and the front desk gave me very detailed instructions. I found the entrance to the underground parking lot right after getting off the bridge, and the hotel elevators were easy to find by following the big signs. The lady who checked me in was super enthusiastic and had an excellent service attitude. I was originally thinking of eating nearby, but then the front desk reminded me that there weren't many places to eat around at that time, which I'd forgotten. The front desk also told me about a discount on breakfast, which was great. The room was easy to find, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is very good, the location is very close to the high-speed rail station, the surrounding environment is quiet, the room is very new, the decoration standard is high, the Shuda mattress and latex pillow are very comfortable, the hotel breakfast standard is high, it is highly recommended to have a strong chicken soup! The two young ladies at the front desk had a very good service and sent us Xining special souvenirs as a gift! Recommend friends who come to Xining to stay at this hotel! ! !
