This hotel has great facilities, including a gym, a laundry room with an ironing board and dryer – so you can wash and wear your clothes right away. The rooms also have humidifiers, and the bathrooms have a wet/dry separation. The location is excellent, right in the city center with a bus stop just outside. Coming from the airport, you can take the airport shuttle directly to the Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, which is about a 500-600 meter walk to the hotel. Dining is convenient, with a large Wangfujing Department Store and the Shuijing Alley snack street within walking distance. Plus, there's a branch of the famous Ga Zhang Wa restaurant right across from the hotel. The front desk staff in the lobby on the first floor are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet on the second floor offers a rich variety of dishes, with some particularly authentic Northwestern cuisine, and the dessert area is also quite good. The rooms are kept very clean. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining! Xining Changjiang International Hotel.

In general, the hotel is quite justified by its cost. Service at normal level: staff are very kind and sincerely trying to help with any issues arising. There are almost no claims to clean up, cleanliness is acceptable. There is all the equipment and facilities declared inside, except perhaps the most important status of the non-smoking room. The main and very serious shortcoming of this place is everywhere smoking. Despite the ”Do not smoke” tablets, compliance with the rules is absolutely not followed. Because of this, tobacco smoke is unimpeded even in those rooms where smoking is prohibited. The situation is aggravated over the weekend: the smell becomes so concentrated that there is a persistent feeling that you are smoking right in your room. Unfortunately, this minus badly damages the overall impression of good service.

The Sanyu Grand Hotel is ideally located in the city center, offering easy access to many attractions in Xining. The hotel boasts comfortable and spacious interiors with professional and attentive staff. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel's dinner restaurant is magnificent, with exquisite and tasty dishes, making for an even more enjoyable and commendable experience. As a luxury hotel in Xining, it's definitely worth a try.

The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel; it's so convenient for getting everywhere. The service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and they're always quick to respond to any requests. The room was spotless, and overall, it offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was spacious, and everything necessary was there. My room didn't have AC, but a double layer of windows so it's not noisy to keep it open at night. Shower was really big, but the opposite wall from the tap had dust and other people hair. We managed communication with translator apps and call to manager :)

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, the staff was warm and considerate, helping with luggage and checking in quickly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste was amazing! The location is also very convenient, with shopping and dining all around. I will choose this hotel next time I come!

Very nice and welcoming hotel in the center of Xining, with a friendly and helpful staff. It’s close to a main bus station, food markets, and a lot of restaurants and businesses. I highly recommend if you’re stopping in Xining for a couple of days.

I was a bit apprehensive about this hotel, as it was the last night of our trip, and the one we stayed at on our first day in Xining was absolutely infuriating! However, Xingwang International Hotel was a wonderful surprise! We were on the 22nd floor, and the room was spotless, even equipped with an air purifier. The view from the window was also lovely! It's super close to Mojia Street, just a short walk away. If I ever get the chance to revisit Xining, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The room was cozy and comfortable, complete with drip coffee. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the gym and laundry room were super convenient and well-equipped! The front desk service was excellent. My clothes were accidentally taken by another guest in the laundry room, and the staff helped me check the surveillance footage, located the guest, and even had my clothes washed and delivered to my room. Definitely deserves a five-star rating!
