The room hygiene is in place, the facilities are complete, the sound insulation effect is also good, and the overall experience is very satisfactory. 3. Comfortable from check-in to check-out, the front desk service is patient and meticulous, the room is clean and odorless, the bedding is soft, the toiletries are complete, it is highly recommended.

Checked in during the early hours of May 1st. The parking lot was easy to find, right next to Wanda Plaza. However, the main entrance to the front desk was closed, so I had to follow a delivery guy around to the back to get in. They really should coordinate with property management about closing the entrance at night. The front desk staff was very competent and responsive to requests. Room soundproofing, blackout curtains, and cleanliness were all excellent. The issue with the cold water in the room was also quickly resolved. Overall, this was one of the most satisfying hotels I stayed at during my trip to the Northwest.

Clean and hygienic, the room is spacious and bright compared to a three-star hotel. The environment is quiet, the sunny room arranged at the front desk, there is no heating this season, and the sunny room is also very warm. The new store opened and breakfast was delivered intimately. Very good, recommended.

The room is OK, it will smell the strong smell of smoke from the next door. The bed is a bit old, the mattress spring is not elastic enough, and there is a sound. A strong smell from the laundry room is affected in the nearby rooms. Especially for residents who live in the room on the side of the residential building, it is difficult to sleep. Some people in the football field on the inside of it play football until about 11 o'clock in the middle of the night, which is very annoying! Although the price is not high, compared with other similar hotels, these factors still affect the living experience.

Bad review. Yesterday, there was no window left for the twin bed. So I booked it. Why is the front desk looking down on me for cheap prices? Everything else is very good. I have always stayed at this hotel. I especially like it. But yesterday was the front desk service attitude really disgusting. Check in for me and wait for me to say if I need an ID card. The front desk is funny. This is the service.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. It's right next to a Wanda Plaza. The rooms and facilities are new, clean, and hygienic. It's especially quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep, so I, who have trouble sleeping, decided to extend my stay. Parking is on the street downstairs, and because we arrived late and couldn't find a spot, the owner came down twice to help, moving his own car for us. The owner and front desk staff were very kind. 👍 There's also a large convenience store on the first floor with a full range of daily necessities. The beef and lamb in Xining are amazing! Before leaving, we bought some, and the owner kindly froze it in the hotel's freezer for us to take home the next day. We were very grateful. Speaking of food, there's a night market downstairs that stays open very late. We arrived late that day and ate there. We found a small shop called ”Harbin Mala Tang” and ordered clay pot rice noodles and Mala Tang, both of which were delicious and inexpensive. My daughter said it was better than Zhang Liang's. While eating, we heard a story: a delivery guy accidentally spilled some food while delivering to their shop, so he went back and bought a replacement to compensate the customer. The owner of this small mala tang (spicy hot pot) shop told the delivery driver, ”If this happens again, just tell me. I can forgo the money the shop makes, saving you a few yuan. You only earn so little in this sweltering heat...” Wishing this little shop booming business! I think Xining must be a warm city, where we encounter one heartwarming scene after another. This was just a brief stopover, but I'll definitely make a special trip back next time...

The location is superb, offering great convenience for transportation. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are spotless and tidy, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The service was excellent across the board – very proactive and enthusiastic, especially from the front desk staff, particularly the lovely Miss Tian Bao, who was absolutely wonderful! I personally think it offers great value for money. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!
