服務非常好，但是建議大家就別去住房車的房型了，又悶，又不隔音，一晚上沒睡好，第二天立馬換到主樓去了。除此之外都很好，尤其地理位置相當優秀，出門湖邊散散步非常棒。

大堂明亮氣派，服務人員熱情有求必應，早餐有當地特色非常棒，品種也較多可供選擇。泳池也很好小朋友玩的開心，總之是一次愉快的體驗。

預訂期間感謝客房部的小姐姐們，很晚都在幫忙協調（涉及到到門票的套餐），一直在幫忙協調，非常熱心不厭其煩。酒店雖然老但整體維護的不錯，入職也很舒適，湖景房風景也是很好的，出酒店200米就是湖濱公園，晚上可以沿着湖散步，非常舒服，下次還會入住。泳池還知很舒服的，地上地方也很大。晚上自助餐的餐品有待提升。
