服務：酒店的員工在入住之前就會主動聯繫，問我們的需求，還幫忙升級了房型。行政湖景房房間很大，視野很開闊。每天還有水果和小零食贈送。酒店裝修一定時間了，但是設施維護得也很好。酒店的工作人員都會主動和我們打招呼，非常親切。
衞生：房間很乾凈，打掃很仔細。
環境：酒店就在雲龍湖邊上，下樓就可以去環湖，感覺不錯。
酒店早餐非常豐富，有很多徐州當地小吃。週末吃飯的人非常多，建議早去。而且去的晚的話，可能中飯都吃不下了，因為好吃的的確很多。

週末周邊遊。從商丘過來徐州，非常感謝管家小丁，定了三間，都給升級了湖景房型，並且禮貌熱情提前加了微信做了充分的溝通，還申請多贈送了兩張開元森泊煥境樂園門票正好夠我們一行人用的。

酒店位置很好，對面就是雲龍湖。酒店服務很好，可以説有求必應，態度超好，管家小周熱心為我們解決各種問題，遇到的工作人員也都會熱情打招呼。親子套房孩子很喜歡，動物主題很喜歡。萌寵樂園是我們去過的開元森泊做的最好的，小木屋的家很温馨。幻想島還沒開始營業，可以期待一下。
