The environment is warm and relaxing, comfortable and clean. It can be seen that the owner of the hotel is very careful in running the hotel. The public bath has a sense of history and is very comfortable to soak in. Food is average.

桃山風呂はさすが歴史があり、素晴らしい雰囲気を感じさせるものの、その伝統に見合わないサービスの質や施設の老朽化は否めません。特に食事に関しては、コスト削減の影響か、既製品や居酒屋でも出てこないようなレベルの料理が続き、満足のいくものではありませんでした。人手不足や物価高騰の影響で経営が厳しい状況であることは理解できるものの、どこを削り、どこに注力すべきかを再考しなければ、さらなる衰退を免れないのではないかと感じます。

Perfect
Service is "Japanese style", means extraordinary. Just wow! excellent dinner. Breakfast is less suitable for us, but it was traditional, so expected. Cleaning is just perfect.
