Yan＇an Hotels with Swimming Pools

After comparing Wanda Realm and Jinhua Hotel, I specifically chose the five-star Jiahua Hotel. The environment is good, it is not in the city center and it is relatively quiet. The night view opposite the lake view room is beautiful. However, the hotel's facilities were not at a five-star level, and the wash basin had no hot water. The maintenance man came over at around 9pm and said that the hot water pipe needed to be replaced, and he had to replace it the next day to make it usable. The hot water temperature in the shower is relatively low, similar to body temperature, making bathing uncomfortable. The room is generally clean, the service staff are very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are large and taste average.

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

The park is covered with green plants. There are outdoor swimming pools for children and adults. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and didn't have time to experience the water. There are also gardening arrangements, complete housing facilities and equipment, clean and tidy. The staff is very considerate. They turned on the air conditioner in advance, increased the amount of mineral water, and prepared children's slippers. The breakfast is very satisfactory, with Western-style pastries and grains with the characteristics of northern Shaanxi. When checking out, the front desk staff also gave a souvenir, a grain gift bag from northern Shaanxi. In short, I am satisfied! Satisfied! I will recommend other friends to come.

It’s also the first time I brought my family to Yan’an. I don’t know what’s fun. When I first arrived at the hotel, the service staff was very enthusiastic to introduce us to the attractions around Yan’an. Seeing that we have a lot of luggage, we also helped us to the room. The most important thing is that the room is quiet and clean. The hotel was full of food, drink and fun, and gave us fruit. It was really intimate and suitable for family travel. I will come next time.

The customer service staff at the front desk of Jinyan'an Danyun B&B have a good image and good temperament. They speak pleasant Mandarin. They are kind and polite to the guests. Their service is attentive and thoughtful, and they consider the guests. I have experienced the five-star service standard. Danyun B&B is located in the center of Jinyan'an. The reception hall is spacious and bright, the room structure is reasonable, the decoration is comfortable, the beds, tea mats, bookshelves, and TV sets are exquisite, the bathroom is neat and clean, the washing facilities are advanced and high-end, and the disposable accessories are of excellent quality. The living room has a wardrobe, sofa, small refrigerator, and coffee table, and the curtains and screens automatically open and close. Breakfast at Danyun B&B is served at the Yihe Yayuan buffet restaurant, which has many varieties and is delicious. I will stay in Danyun again when I come to Jinyan'an in the future.

It was very hot on the day we went there, and the waiter seemed very lethargic due to the heat. Or is this just the service attitude of people in northern Shaanxi? It makes people feel like they are flirting with each other, but the service attitude is not bad, but they are not enthusiastic either, but it doesn't matter, it doesn't affect my mood for playing. During the entire trip to northern Shaanxi, I was quite satisfied with this accommodation environment. My children wanted to live in a cave dwelling, so they chose this place. The large yard to dry clothes is great! But it is very inconvenient to eat around. The hotel does not have hotel facilities, and breakfast is delivered from outside. Often there are not enough tableware. On the last day, I ran out of chopsticks for breakfast, so I took out a pair from the breakfast pocket of another room. We were two adults and one child, and breakfast was provided on the first day. I asked why we had two children? The waiter said that there are only two portions on your order and you need to spend money to buy it. I asked how much it would cost to buy one portion for children, and the answer was 58 yuan for a breakfast. When I opened it, I saw that the breakfast was really shabby (if I remember correctly, it should be 58, it's not cheap anyway). Just eat what you bring.

The hotel is very cost-effective and the service is very considerate. The girl Li Tong who greeted me in the check-out hall was very enthusiastic and deserves a thumbs up. She even gave my child a few wrapped gift boxes of apples. It was almost a perfect stay experience, no matter from the location, facilities, or service details. , the level of care is perfect, and it is worth collecting and staying again.

The breakfast at this hotel is very rich, there are many choices, the room is very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful when they arrived at the hotel. They caught a cold and fever. They caught up with the rainstorm outside and couldn’t buy cold medicine in time. The beauty at the front desk found that I was in a bad state and asked patiently. I knew that I had a fever and a cold. After I helped me rush their own cold medicine, it was warm and intimate. The room was clean and tidy, I had a great weekend here!
