I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time; I absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star rating! The location is easy to find, making it very convenient for taking taxis and dining out. The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, and hot water came out quickly. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in. They were also patient in answering any questions I had. The hallways were quiet, and the soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed at night. The overall environment was cozy, and the facilities were well-maintained. It offers great value for money, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was amazing, and the bathroom with the panoramic view made it feel truly special. The rooftop pool was великолепent, and the hotel had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us rent a scooter and even taught us how to ride it. They also kindly cut up fruit for us whenever we asked and gave us a lot of useful help with getting around the city. The hotel also provides an iron, washing machine, and dryer, which was a huge advantage during our long trip. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Special thanks to the receptionist who checked us in — the chubby guy with glasses working the evening shift — and also to the girl with glasses who works in the mornings. Both of them provided outstanding service and made our stay even more memorable!

Perfect location, just walking distance from West Street, but still surrounded by places to get groceries or grab a meal. Having a washer is a big plus. The beds were comfy, and renting a scooter through them was super smooth

The hotel is excellent, very clean and tidy, and even has a washer and dryer. You can also rent electric scooters from the front desk for 30 yuan a day. The owner is very nice, and the room is well-kept and spacious. From the rooftop, you can see the mountains directly and also relax there.

Highly recommend! The location is great as it is quiet but just a 15-20 minute straight walk to the busier areas. The hotel is also stunning, and while it was a bit too early to go in the pool yet it looked very nice. The women running the hotel was also extremely generous. When we arrived she upgraded us for free and kindly let us know it would be a further walk up the stairs so it would not catch us by suprise (which was not a problem for us and absolutely worth it). They also invited us each night to join them for dinner and I hope next time we remember so we don't eat dinner before (: Thank you for a lovely stay!

The prices are reasonable, and both the cleanliness and service are top-notch. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It's my first choice for short trips, and I'll definitely rebook next time I'm in the area!

The hotel didn't change its services, and the room was still decent, but overall I was very satisfied. First of all, there's parking right outside, which is very convenient. There's an elevator, and you can drink tea on the first floor. The owner even gave us their specialty tea to try, which really made me feel the warmth of the people of Guangxi. The receptionist was very thoughtful and sent us travel tips. The snail rice noodles she recommended were delicious. The room was large, with smart home features, and the projector was fantastic for watching movies. The hotel was also super clean. It was a really great hotel, a wonderful trip, and I'll definitely stay here again.

The location, hygiene and overall environment of the hotel are superb, with no mosquitoes and no humidity. The most satisfying thing is that the night shift guy Xiao Xu at the front desk listened to my request patiently and helped us formulate a guide for visiting Shilihualang the next day, saving time and effort. The beautiful girls Xiao Liang and Xiao Li at the day shift at the front desk were serious and enthusiastic in receiving us, helping with parking, and introducing the route and dining conditions for the evening tour of West Street. I was able to choose this hotel to stay in because I saw a high review on Ctrip, and it really lived up to its reputation when I stayed there for a day.
