Hotels in Xingping Ancient town/Yangshuo Railway Station, Yangshuo

Large room for 4 pp. Many electrical outlets. Bright and clean laminate wood floor. Mattress is good, not too hard, not too soft. Bath is large with all convenience (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, large bath towel) and seating toilet (not squatting type, this is my premium concern) as well as half glass wall separating the shower from the rest. Bathroom has suffcated smell but it's gone when the small window is open. Staff is very helpful and nice. Electric scooter is rented out for 20 RMB/day which is very convenient to scout around the area and for dining out. Last but not least, the room rate is very competitive on Trip.com. I plan to come back here to stay at least 2 nights to visit whole area as I encounted the rain the whole time I came here. Hotel is located in a large corher of the street with easy car access. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel, with a lovely view of some of the mountains. The breakfast options were great, with a variety to chose from. We appreciate the spacious room and large television. The location ia great for visiting the 20 yuan viewing point, hiking Mt Laozhai Shan, and nearby Ancient Town. There are also river cruises and bamboo rafting, but we happened to visit while there was significant rainfall and ae flooding, and so we did not engage in these activities for our own precaution. There otherwise limited activities to do in this area, so subject to your itinerary it may be worth only staying one night here and then another night in Yangshuo. It is also a significant distance from the high speed train stations and airport. Although you could take public transport to arrive at the hotel/this town, it will likely involve 2-3 changes/transfers. With luggage, a DiDi is a must, so keep that additional cost (100-300 RMB) in mind. It might be easier/cheaper as a day trip from a nearby location. However the hotel itself was lovely and the check and check out process with the ladies at reception was smooth and easy!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The moment you open the window, you're greeted by endless green mountains – such a soothing sight that even just staring out feels meaningful. The sunlight in the room is wonderfully gentle; in the afternoon, lounging on the sofa, watching the light and shadows play on the walls, you feel completely relaxed. The location is also perfect – close to Xingping Ancient Town but not noisy. You can step out for some food and sightseeing, then return to the peaceful mountains for some fresh air. If you're looking for a comfortable place to unwind in Yangshuo, this is definitely the one! We actually came to Yangshuo specifically for this hotel and spent a whole day just relaxing. [grin]

Attention to detail truly shines at Yintianju; the hardware facilities far exceeded my expectations. The entire place boasts a brand-new, light luxury renovation, complete with smart bathroom fixtures, an HD TV, and high-speed WiFi. The shower pressure is excellent, making for a fantastic bathing experience. The bedding is thick and soft, and the blackout curtains effectively block out strong light, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Cleaning is meticulous – not a speck of dirt in the corners or on the glass mirrors, and the toiletries are of good quality. The rooftop has a large observation terrace with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea. The laundry room and common lounge area are clean and tidy, with every facility well-maintained, emphasizing guest comfort. The hardware here easily beats other hotels in the same price range.

I blindly picked this guesthouse near the high-speed rail station so I could catch an early train back to Guangzhou the next day, and I was absolutely blown away – incredible value for money! The area around Yangshuo High-Speed Rail Station is pretty desolate with no commercial facilities, but this place perfectly solves both accommodation and dining needs. Not only was the stay comfortable, but I also got to enjoy authentic and delicious home-cooked meals. The room far exceeded my expectations. It looked exactly like the pictures – no 'photo trickery' at all. It was spotless, and had all the necessary amenities (like a smart toilet, a Laifen hairdryer, and a very comfortable mattress), easily meeting five-star hotel standards. Plus, the view was superb; I could see stunning mountain scenery right from the balcony. What touched me most was the service. They truly treat guests like friends. After booking, they proactively reached out to confirm my high-speed rail station pick-up needs. When I accidentally stained the bedsheets during my stay, the owner wasn't angry at all and even comforted me. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yangshuo.

New hotel with great modern comforts. Supreme location and even better service. Rooms are futuristic, equipped met voice-controlled AI that operates lighting, windows and more. Rooms are small, but compact and comfortable, providing five-star amenities and service in a locale that has limited logistical support for true modern luxury. As a result, one of the nicest boutique stays during my trip in China. Service is really the big star here: from check-in to meals, laundry and help booking activities, the hotel's human touch and concierge service (also available via WeChat) is absolutely fantastic. From daily things like helping us with laundry and heating meals, as well travel highlights like helping to book great activities at good prices. Friendly, helpful and kind, every moment with the hotel staff they've gone above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. Special recommendation to book the traditional night fishing activity, which was really a unique experience. Hotel also runs a small restaurant close-by which serves amazing local home-cooked food at decent prices, really worth trying some time. Breakfast buffet is also simple, nutritional and great tasting. Moreover, amenities are comprehensive, extras are conveniently grabbed from reception, there's a convenience store open late downstairs and a coffee shop open early in the morning, in the same building. Did I mention amazing location? Right at the Xingping warf, with the higher level rooms overlooking the legendary 20 Yuan-bill-panorama from the room window. Rooms have balconies, baths, really nice. 15 minutes walk from everything, including the ancient town shopping and food streets, as well as all major sights. Literally 1 minute from the ferry across the river, from where you can grab Didi's to explore the other side of the area (don't taxi all the way around, just ferry and didi after). Again, amazing hotel, 100% recommended if you want to stay outside of overly touristy Yangshuo.

This hotel is perfectly situated right next to the scenic area, specifically Old Village Mountain, offering breathtaking mountain views right from your window. The ambiance is elegant and utterly charming. The courtyard is a treasure trove of unique and exquisite stones, with every step revealing a new, thoughtfully designed vista. The breakfast area in the courtyard is serene and tranquil, a truly hidden gem. In your downtime, you can relax in the lobby, watch a movie, or play the piano – it's incredibly cozy and healing. Highly recommended!

The room is very good, very clean, sleep at night is very quiet, there is a swimming pool, there is a beautiful eating cabin downstairs, the photo is very good, you can see the beautiful scenery when you open the curtains in the morning. I will visit again next time, the boss is also very talkative, the service is very good

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to the 20 yuan scenic spot – you can easily walk into the area. All the hotel amenities are disposable, which was a really great experience. Dining options nearby are also very convenient, and they even offer high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service. Overall, it's great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again.
