This Gongxingshe Xichishanju is a perfect place to stay in XingPing, Yangshuo. It is conveniently located literally five min walk from the 20 yuan note scenery spot. The pier from where you can enjoy riding on a 4 seat tourist motor boat on the Li river (120 rmb/person) is also in a walking distance. There are many restaurants around but not so many convenient stores. The hotel has a little swimming pool outside, everything is so clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and really helpful. There is always a choice of hot and cold drinks at the lobby (instant coffee is provided, though). Breakfasts are simple but nourishing (Guilin rice noodles, bread, jam and butter, congee, mantou, dumplings, shaomai, fruit). I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who seeks peace and comfort far away from the hustle and bustle of the West street.

I chose a holiday with few people to come here specifically to get some oxygen. I spent a week in a wine and B&B, and my friends who were traveling with me were not disappointed. The B&B is in Jiucai Village, with the Li River just a short walk outside the door. Although it is a little far away from the ancient town, But it doesn’t affect the stay experience at all. The owner of the B&B can help rent a battery car for transportation, and also provides free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station. He also introduces us to the history of Xingping along the way. The owner is a lover of ancient things, and the design of the B&B is also full of details. The sense of story is mixed with low-key and high-quality details. The layout of the room is a blockbuster in any photo taken. I have to say that the breakfast made by the boss lady is also very delicious, and the chili sauce is full of fragrance. Stop talking, my satisfaction is all in the pictures!

興坪古鎮是我們親子桂林旅行最後一站. 沒想到在這古色古鄉的地方是我們住得最開心最舒服的地方.廉宿正正坐落在古鎮步行街上很好找.老闆是一個年輕帥氣小哥哥為人很開朗熱情.給你有一種家的感覺.我們來興坪原衹計劃拍拍20元背景就算！老闆提意我們去龍頸河漂流！他説他們本地人每年暑熱都去玩玩.果然沒令我們失望. 太好玩！第二天突然想吃興坪本地雞.老闆二話不説馬上幫我們買.還煮蒸上給我們吃.本地雞真是太好吃了！老闆以後我來興坪你家住定了.他家的房間太乾淨舒服很多人性化為出遊者着想如洗衣機.小冰箱.還有個移功曬衣架.智能馬捅.連吹風機都加長線.落地大玻璃外面的山景太美了.我是一個忠實旅行愛好者.如不好就是給好處我都不會評.這家我是評定了.

Facilities: The room is much larger than expected. It is no problem to sleep four girls in two beds. There is also a large floor-to-ceiling window. It is super good to look at the mountain outside the window. Hygienic: very clean, the floor is wooden, and the bare feet are very comfortable Environment: built on the mountain, very close to Xingping Ancient Town, there is a parking space at the door, self-driving tour does not have to worry about parking space problems Service: The boss is very nice, the customer service front desk is the boss, there is no problem with the boss!

Pros: - good location in the heart of the xinping tourist street amidst preserved shophouses etc. - quiet and peaceful, well managed by the team - nice amenities and toiletries provided - room is clean tidy and well designed - water pressure of shower was amazing - cute dog and cats on site. Friendly and don’t make a commotion. - lady boss is helpful and ready with advice etc Cons: - view wasn’t greater & not like the pictures online.There was a giant white rectangle block of hotel(?) in the middle of our window view. - wifi is non-existent at our top floor room - breakfast was western style with congee. While not bad tasting, was average and frankly disappointing. Chinese breakfast would have been nice.
