This place is amazing! The internet, location, plus it comes with a buffet breakfast. From our window, we can see the republic square. The staff are very accommodating plus they can speak english which is good as most of the locals based on my experience doesnt speak much english. When it comes to the location, its near to republic square, restaurants and souvenir shop. Def will recommend this and will book again when we visit!

Very nice hotel, for the price you get very professional and helpful staff, nice big rooms, all amenities you would need (even bathrobes) and a decent breakfast Due to booking errors from my site we actually experienced 3 different room categories and all were beyond our expectations (for that price point) - extremely convenient that the double rooms even have two bathrooms Location is very central and walking distance to most sights and things to do Only improvement I could think of would be having coffee from a machine for the breakfast instead of filter coffee

Since I am a bit of a germaphobe, I chose a king-size bed room. The hygiene was pretty good, breakfast was free, and there was a public kitchen downstairs where I could cook.

This hotel is right in the city center, with convenient transportation, beautiful environment, spacious rooms, and complete facilities. It's so comfortable. I went for a walk in the morning and luckily came across the Yerevan International Hot Air Balloon Festival, which was so shocking. When we returned to the hotel, we could see hot air balloons filling the sky from the balcony of the room, which was so beautiful.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Yerevan. The room corresponds to the photo, all amenities. Excellent breakfast, everything very tasty and fresh. The staff is in touch 24/7, a lot of questions were clarified remotely and agreed upon in advance (transfer, payment methods, etc.), they even provided a specific room with a balcony, and there were no problems with the late check-out option either. If I’m in Yerevan, I’ll only go to them again. Definitely recommend!

I liked the hotel, the room was excellent. Quite big and cozy. There is a balcony. The view, of course, is not the most beautiful :) The breakfast is excellent, everything is tasty and filling. The location of the hotel is convenient.

The biggest advantage is the location of the hotel. Located right in the center, next to a supermarket. Friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious: buffet. Two types of scrambled eggs, sliced ​​meat, cheese, fruit. You can always go down and have a coffee.

They were very accommodating to our needs for parking. You know, public parking spaces in the city center are difficult to find. The service response is timely, and the front desk and security guards speak very good English!

Especially the front desk service, who helped us store our luggage and help us take a taxi to the airport (it is very cheap to take a taxi online, a large car with 4 people and 4 luggage only costs 2100 drams. The price quoted fluctuates). The security guard was also very nice and helped us arrange parking spaces and clean up the elevators. Maybe the room is too big and the cleaning lady forgot to clean the trash can in the kitchen cupboard.

Even though the accommodation type was listed as Hostel, we took a chance after reading rave reviews about Kantar. And they were right. Our stay at the hotel turned out to be very comfortable. This hotel has wonderful private rooms for non-fussy guests. Nothing fancy, but everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The kitchen is organized as a common area, in which there are pots, pans, and other utensils so that residents can cook something for themselves outside of breakfast time. Hospitable staff at the reception and in the dining room. All liked it.
