The owner is very helpful. He tried to contact customers in advance to help picked them up and take them back to the train station. He has many homestays there. All the room has good view of the town and can easily walk around the town. The owner even gave us some explainations and directions about the location, helped us to buy the tickets. Will come back for sure!!!

Hotel owner was great and super helpful! The worker was also extremely helpful and polite. The lobby area has a balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Our room had a great view from the balcony but the balcony doors wouldn’t shut properly and there were spider webs everywhere with what looked like dead mashed bugs into the wall. Overall service and view were great though.

A helpful and friendly boss . He upgraded our rooms to river view which was very much appreciated. Free pickup and send off services provided by the hotel which is very convenient. Location of hotel is perfect in the old town. Highly recommended.

So the staff was friendly and the hotel is clean. Only issue is that when booking the room the pictures make it appear like it's located right inside the old town. When in fact it's not. They said they have 4 branches in the town and probably put me in the cheapest one

Great location, very helpful host. Will pick up/drop off at the training station for free. Rooms are comfortable with great balcony views of the city. Bed is great, as well as heating in the room. Didn't know it was a hole in the ground toilet, but if you like those then this is the place to be. Overall, I think this is the best choice in town due to it's location, view, helpful hosts. If I return to Furong this is the place I'll stay.

Nice hotel in good location. Nearby parking possible. Clean and cozy rooms with balcony have great view over the village and to the river, however not to the waterfall. Restaurants and shops nearby.

The room has a corridor where you can store things, but the bathroom door is broken. It is very close to the scenic area and parking is convenient, but it is charged. There is a terrace outside to hang clothes and a swing for children to play. The scenery is still good. Children like the waterfall

You can see the ancient street when you go out. Turn right and go up to the free area of ​​the ancient town. Turn left and go down to the tourist service center. If you want to go in, you can buy a ticket. It is valid for 3 days and you can come and go freely. It is very convenient to stay here. It is also very close to see the waterfall. His family also has the best B&B for viewing the waterfall. The housekeeper Xiao Pan told us that we can walk over to take pictures and watch the waterfall. The balcony viewing location is perfect. If you want to see the waterfall, don't forget to book his house. You can go to the waterfall store to see the waterfall if you stay in any of their hotels.

We stayed in one of the two buildings in the free area, which is only about 100 meters away from the ticket checking gate. At night, we can go to their waterfall building to watch the waterfall and take videos, but it seems that it is not open to the public. Only guests in the five buildings are allowed to go. The overall feeling is very good. The housekeeper Xiao Pan is very nice and enthusiastic.
