Hanting Hotels in Zhenjiang

This is my first time in Zhenjiang. The city is small but beautiful. This is my first time staying at the Hanting Hotel in Zhenjiang. The facilities and services are no different from the Hanting Hotel in the paradise city of Hangzhou. It was already past 9:30 pm when we left Zhenjiang Railway Station. When a person goes out alone, it is rare to arrive so late. Braving the drizzle and the cold wind at night in early April, I anxiously pushed my luggage out of the station. When I looked up, the big sign of ”Hanting Hotel” was like the smiling face of a warm family member welcoming you back, which instantly made me feel at ease. My travel rule has always been not to live in a house near a train station, but Xiaogui’s Hanting has overturned this long-standing insistence. Fortunately, I chose the latter among the entanglements between Qitian and Hanting. The main thing that makes Hanting great is that it considers every detail. In addition to the bed, the room also has features not found in other hotels, such as a computer desk, a small round table, coat hooks, and two low pillows (this is too important to me, I can't sleep on tall pillows). The shower head in the shower is even better than at home. Of course, it's about a third more expensive than other hotel chains. This is also the reason why people cannot fully devote themselves to it.

Because the next day, I got up early to catch the high-speed rail and booked the Hanting Hotel near Zhenjiang South Station. The facilities and services are available. The hotel can directly cut the road to the station by the side door of the iron flower, which is very convenient. Booked two rooms, one of which faces the high-speed rail station, the high-speed rail is very noisy, and the windows are closed. Plus the room smells bad, it is good to open the window to breathe, and endure the noise. The other one is fine, it is very good.

The hotel has a very good environment and a strategic location. It is very convenient to travel around. The train station is nearby and you can walk there. The reception service at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can deal with problems in a timely manner and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. The hotel facilities are very complete, including a self-service washing machine and dryer. It is super considerate and a very satisfying stay. The bed in the room is comfortable and the supplies are considerate.

The room is much larger than Nanjing. The front desk also specially gave a set of toiletries before check-in. We are a triple room, but we don't need to use our own. Some Hanting needs to mention it at the front desk. This is very good. The location is very good, you can walk to the snack street in a few minutes, there is a bicycle at the door, and you can ride to the mall in 6 or 7 minutes. I thought I had no expectations for Zhenjiang, but I found that everything was good. I will brush it again in the future and stay here again.

The room was very new and clean. It was very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was also good. The only fly in the ointment is the problem of personnel training. When we first checked in, the breakfast coupon we were given was written as 505. But when we went to 505, we found that it was a room that someone else had not cleaned up before they checked out. When we asked, we found out that the wrong room number was written for us. We were speechless! And it was later said that two bottles of water would be sent as compensation, but it has not been delivered for a long time. When I asked again, it was sent to the wrong room... I am really speechless. I can only say that the staff training is not in place.

Very satisfied stay experience! The location of the hotel is very good and the transportation is convenient. The front desk service was warm and the check-in was fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bath water pressure was sufficient. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. I will choose this one next time I come here, praise!

Overall, the price of this hotel is average, the room type is large, the decoration is OK in all aspects, the hotel's breakfast is very ordinary, there is no special feature, and there are not many types of things to eat.
