Guest UserI have come here every year to visit relatives for the past ten years and will not come again this time. The security guard may be in a bad mood and yells at people with a straight face. There are two Home Inn parking spaces on the ground and there is an empty one. He runs over and yells at who told you to park in this place. Wherever you park, you have to park. This is the boss's parking space. With the elders in the family, I don't want to argue with him. Next time, I hope the hotel will change the words ”Home Inn Car Guard” to ”the boss's parking space” so that people will not park randomly.

The hotel has a very good environment and a strategic location. It is very convenient to travel around. The train station is nearby and you can walk there. The reception service at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can deal with problems in a timely manner and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. The hotel facilities are very complete, including a self-service washing machine and dryer. It is super considerate and a very satisfying stay. The bed in the room is comfortable and the supplies are considerate.

Great location, next to Wanda Plaza and within walking distance from Zhenjiang train station. The room is well equipped, new, and clean. We were happy with the stay. The only shortcoming is that the hotel is on 23rd fl., the entrance of the hotel and the elevators are shared with other tenants of the building. And these areas need better maintenance.

There aren't many hostels in Zhenjiang, but this one is pretty good. It's opposite the train station, and there are shopping malls downstairs, making it very convenient for eating and shopping. There are plenty of food options. The hostel is on the fourth floor (top floor), so it's very quiet. The owner is also very nice. The toilet has only one squat toilet and two shower stalls.

The room is the same as the photo - there are different pictures.
There is no window bathroom. The glass design here is very good. 👍
Overall, sanitary napkins are OK. The most important bedding is not changed for each guest. I opened the quilt and accidentally found that there was food on the ground. There were oil stains on the sheets. I was too tired and lazy to find the staff to change. Let's sleep in pajamas! I hope to work more seriously!
The bathing area should be equipped with a shelf for toiletries, which is too inconvenient now.

Big ZoeThe hotel’s location was ideal—centrally situated, making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions. Whether I was heading out for shopping, sightseeing, or dining at local eateries, everything was within a short distance. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by its cleanliness, elegance, and modern design. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed that provided the perfect balance of softness and support. The linens were crisp and fresh, and the pillows were plush, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The room is quite spacious, with complete infrastructure and convenient parking. There is a large square at the door. When you go out, turn left and there is a hill. If you have time, you can go up the hill and take photos. The hotel is also relatively convenient to various attractions, the starting price is affordable, and there are many restaurants nearby. The boss was very kind and recommended us hotels that were very cost-effective. I will choose here again if I have the chance to come next time.

GlenysMGreenTree Inn, Jurong (Jiangsu Province) is an oldie but a goody! I stayed there for 5 nights in late August/early September (2025). At first glance I was a bit dubious, but it turned out to be a really great place to stay. I felt very safe there and in the neighbourhood (day and night) and would stay there again.
Excellent customer service ..… the Reception and cleaning staff were all really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The first room I was allocated smelt of cigarette smoke (no thank you!), but I was immediately moved into a nicer smelling room, which was absolutely spotless, quite large, and had a nice new smart tv, air con, an opening window with a flyscreen and security bars (essential for a ground floor room), nice solid furniture, pure white linen (impressively imprinted with “GreenTree Inn”) and a clean, comfy doona and pillows. A standard hard’ish Chinese bed, but I find them quite comfy.
The old carpet runner along the length of the long ground floor hallway (where my room was) is a relic from way back when, but it was clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the hotel that I could see.
The shower head needed fixing, but that’s an annoyingly common problem in pretty much every budget > mid range hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in China.
The hotel is only about 20 metres from Jurong Chongming Subway Station. Local bus stop almost at the front door (& across the road). The entrance to the old cobbled road (no cars allowed) & all its little shops is across the road at the lights, and a large pharmacy at the entrance (near the “archway”). Electric scooters galore to hire (via the AliPay or WeChat apps) outside the subway. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance once you get past the trades shops (plumbing supplies etc).
My only gripe about GreenTree Inn Jurong (& this is a gripe I have for many hotels etc throughout China) is that smoking is allowed on the premises. I think it’s the worst it’s been since 2002 when I first started travelling to China. It’s awful walking into foyers and lifts that reek of cigarette smoke, and copping wafts of the smoke along hallways from smokers in their rooms (& ashtrays at lift entrances), and horrible arriving tired after a long flight and long trek from airports etc, only to discover you then have to request a room change to escape the smoke, and start all over again. No matter how accommodating the staff are, I could easily do without that hassle and the horrible smell.
In my opinion, hotels etc in China need to up their game where that’s concerned, and follow the lead of the many countries which have banned cigarette smoking in all public buildings (including hotels), all public indoor and outdoor spaces, anywhere near children and shopping centres, on and near public transport etc etc etc.

LeeUKLocation is superb with many restaurants just outside on the street. However, the room itself was badly furnished and extremely old and the sound isolation terrible meaning you can hear all the guests who keep their doors open while chatting away, plus the room I had was next to reception meaning the phone could be heard going off all the time. Also there's a KTV nearby to add to the noise. The person checking me in was polite and friendly though but I sadly cannot recommend this hotel.
