The hotel is in a good location and is very convenient for visiting Xijindu. The hotel environment is good, the cartoon parent-child room is large and very clean, the bedding is brand new, the bathroom is large and clean, and there is plenty of hot water. The room is well heated, but it was turned off later, otherwise it would be a bit hot. The air conditioner is a bit loud. There were four of us in our group. The housekeeper Xiao Ren contacted us in advance and sent us more guides. He also gave one person breakfast on top of the original two people breakfast, and the children were free. The breakfast was very rich, and tickets for Xijindu attractions were also given. A very good experience

This is our first time to Zhenjiang. This hotel is within 10 minutes taxi ride from Zhenjiang railway station. On 27 Dec 2023, we arrived late at night and all the shops nearby the hotel have already closed. So, no dinner. The reception staff, Fang Rong and 张师傅, took good care of us by offering snacks and carried our luggage into the room. The hotel’s location and environment are fantastic! It is located at Xijindu ancient street where you can stroll along the ancient street. The museum and old British consulate are within walking distance from the hotel, through the ancient street, past a 观音 cave. Another tourist spot, Jinshan 金山 is also within 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious and good value for money. The hotel’s room is very clean, very comfortable and very nice. The hotel’s staff Steven is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Upon check out, we got a small trinket as souvenir. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you all for the outstanding service and warm hospitality during our stay.

Honestly this is the best hotel I stay during my whole trip in China. Once I enter the lobby to check in they serve us with a tea. One of the lady also know how to speak some English which is good for foreigners. They don't really question us that much regarding our visa like any other hotel. The lobby is also spacious and very nice interior. The room I book for 3 people is so big too it can fit for 4 people. We were given the 8th floor so we get the view of the front of Nanshan. The laundry area is really nice, everything is there! The laundry detergent, the iron. And what I like the most is they have laundry services in which the aayi will help you do your laundry and even fold them for you! 🤗 In our room we also have a sofa which is great! I also ask for a late checkout but they don't have problem with it at all. After check out they gave us another bottle of water. Overall this is the best hotel I've had so far and will definitely stay here again when I came to Zhenjiang!😍 5 STAR!!

There are also sanitary corners, only one point, I hope the warm and courteous housekeeping sister can be more detailed. But the overall flaws are not concealed. For example, I observed that the six porcelain cups, glasses, and coffee cups configured at the bar are all clean as new. Considering that not necessarily every guest will use them, some high-star hotel bar cups are not commonly used, but it can be seen that the cleanliness lacks clear and transparent luster. Bihuiyuan still starts from doing conference services and official reception, which is unambiguous. Dinner and breakfast were used at the hotel again. The standard of dining and service for dinner is as good as in the past. The corresponding breakfast is not satisfactory. I am afraid that it is also a reflection of the reception team. In addition, a middle-aged staff member on duty on New Year's Day in the hotel spa (forgot to know the name) was very humane. That day, we especially delayed the service time for our late bath for half an hour. Undoubtedly, Yunfeng Jiahe Hotel is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in many hotels over the years. The hotel is in Suning Building, not far from Zhenjiang Station and Sanshan Yigudu. The booked room is on the 49th floor. It is very quiet and has a wide view. The dining near the hotel is very rich. Yong'an Road Snack Street is separated from Suning Building. The boss is very good. From the check-in to the last luggage storage after check-in to the store after check-out, the boss has given very intimate care. Thank you here. The sanitation and cleaning of the hotel room is also in place, the toiletries are high-end, and the bottled drinking water is also very sufficient (this is not possible in five-star hotels), massage chairs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, induction cookers, dishes and other daily necessities are all available. A large part of the pleasant experience of this trip to Zhenjiang came from the five-star experience of staying in Yunfeng Jiahe. Later, Zhenjiang will definitely choose Yunfeng Jiahe without hesitation.

I found an affordable place to live on a temporary business trip. I can drink coffee and snacks. Next to Beigu Mountain, you can fish and go shopping tomorrow 😜 The room is quite clean, the surrounding is not noisy, very comfortable, not bad 😄😄😄

I wanted to have afternoon tea and I could order hunger first. I didn't want to touch a boring one. So I drove out and found a KFC store 3 kilometers away. If the full room rate had not been paid the day before, the hotel would have changed immediately.
