GGuest UserThis time I went to Maoshan Scenic Area to play and booked Hantian Resort Hotel in advance. The overall experience was superb, especially suitable for traveling with parents and children.
The hotel is surrounded by mountains and lakes, the environment is quiet, the air is fresh, and the park is very comfortable. The original room type booked, the housekeeper Xiao Chen was particularly intimate, helped to upgrade to a lake view room for free, push the window to see the lake view, there is welcome fruit in the afternoon, there is free afternoon tea, the elderly children are very comfortable to live.
The service is really attentive. Xiao Chen not only has a good attitude and timely response, but also specially installed a bed fence for the baby, and also provided children's toiletries. The details are full, and it is too worry-free to take the baby to travel.
The hotel's children's facilities are also very good, happy farm feeding small animals, children have a good time. We also rented a small tram around the lake in the hotel, blowing the lake wind to see the scenery, relaxed and comfortable, the whole family likes it very much.
In the evening, we bought fireworks on the yurt side, and the atmosphere was directly full. The children were very excited to see it, leaving a super good memory for this holiday.
Overall, it is really suitable to go to Maoshan to play here. The environment is good, the service is good, and the parents are friendly. Especially thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Chen's careful arrangement. It is highly recommended to bring your family together!

Facilities: The room is really big! Enjoy a 70-square-meter room for more than 500 yuan, what a bicycle.
Children's room: There are two beds, one large and one small, which is more than enough for two adults to take care of two kids. There are slides, tents, and dolls in the room, and the children have a lot of fun.
Service: The front desk service is very enthusiastic. Knowing that there are two children staying, they also gave a check-in gift, and the room guide is also great.
Environment: There is a shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient for shopping and taking the kids out at night. There is also a huge combination slide in the community next to the hotel, which is enough to relax your hands and take the kids out in one stop.

JJunjun625I was dreaming of a refreshing dip in the water park after a hot spring bath on the train, but I guess I was too naive! 😂 The water park was closed! It only opens from June to the end of September! I could only soak in the hot tub in my room ♨️. The toilet was so big it ripped the disposable toilet seat cover. 😂 You can call the front desk for a second disinfection of the tub, but honestly, it probably doesn't even need it; it's definitely cleaner than a public swimming pool. Soaking in it was super comfy as the temperature dropped. 🥰 Although the hotel is a bit remote, getting a taxi was quite convenient. Overall, it was pretty good, except for them messing with my pajamas! 😡 I even hung up the 'do not disturb' sign, thinking that would be enough. But when I came back, the bed was made, and my pajamas were just tossed aside. As a germaphobe, I was fuming! 😵💫🔪🔫 Even if the sheets weren't perfectly clean, they were definitely cleaner than the sofa next to it, which probably has a million germs! 😡 I put my hand cream on the nightstand, which I hadn't even wiped with alcohol! 😡 Was I just missing one small detail?! I guess I was too naive. 😡 Breakfast was decent, with hot dishes changing daily. What kind of watermelon was that? The non-seasonal fruit was so incredibly red! 🤨 How old was that broccoli? 🫢😜 The Chinese restaurant was actually pretty good; the fried rice was 58 and a huge plate, enough for two people. There's a Qianyuan Temple near the hotel, which is the only Taoist temple for women in Jiangsu, a must-visit for ladies! 😘 Getting a taxi to Maoshan Mountain is also easy. There's a calico cat nursing kittens at the entrance, so pitiful. 🥹 I'll definitely come back when the water park and indoor pool open, but they better not mess with my pajamas again!!! 🔪🔪🔪

AAnonymous UserIt was a very good stay experience. It happened to be snowing heavily. There is a park opposite the hotel. The environment is very good. They also helped to upgrade. I chatted with Manager Zhu for a while when I left the hotel. I felt very good. I recommend everyone to stay here.
