來鎮江旅遊，選擇皇冠是最明智之舉。酒店環境好，江景一覽無餘。前台zoey服務周到，微笑快速的辦理入住，並且免費升級房型，賓客服務經理Carol在我們遇到問題時，積極響應回覆，非常熱情的給我們介紹了鎮江的特色景點及特色小吃，晚上開夜床很專業，細節之處盡顯用心。尤其出彩的是自助早餐，琳琅滿目，種類繁多，又極具地方特色，且提供鮮榨果汁，美味又可口。酒店免費提供一次性浴缸袋、搓澡工具，還有各類功能枕頭。 服務:必須給這家酒店一個大大的好評!酒店員工熱情周到，服務無可挑剔，讓我有了一種回家般的温暖感覺，真想多住幾天! 衞生:乾淨整潔，舒適温馨。 設施:康樂中心，一應俱全。 環境:地處市中心，去哪裡都方便。 地下車庫連通，非常方便!

鎮江皇冠假日酒店非常好，設施不錯，房間大，安排佈局合理，套房住的很舒服，兩個洗手間，家裡人相當滿意。地段離有名的麪店很近，打車去哪裡都很方便

鎮江兆和皇冠假日酒店的房間真的很乾凈，客房阿姨打掃的很細緻。特別感謝前台的陸騁先生，辦理入住特別專業，入住完送我去電梯，還給我介紹的酒店的公共區域和營業點時間（雖然沒怎麼記住哈哈哈）還要給酒店的楊曄經理點贊，提前電話和我溝通入住需求，退房的郝雨倩女士也很棒，總之整體很滿意！下次還會再來的！！！

本次酒店入住體驗非常棒！房間又乾淨整潔又温馨舒適，房間也有安裝空氣凈化器。房間衞生間水温十分合適，最細心的是房間提前幫忙備好了一次性馬桶墊，一次性拖鞋和洗漱用品，對於衞生有要求的友友們來説是非常棒的選擇。幫忙辦理入住的Zoey細心的滿足了我們對於房間無煙高樓層的要求，入住期間攜程管家Doris貼心的加了我們的微信，回答了我們WiFi營業點時間等各個問題，這種一對一的服務讓我們感覺到賓至如歸。這家酒店真的非常值得大家來體驗，強烈推薦！！！

2025年第一次出行選擇了鎮江。酒店位置優越離西津渡，博物館，金山寺，北固山都不太遠。離有家飯店也是步行可達。酒店服務也非常周到，感謝前台Nancy和yoyo主動為我們介紹景點與交通，在我們未關請勿打擾的時候也會主動聯繫我們是否需要打掃房間。每天還有牛奶與零食。是一次不錯的入住體驗。

This is my first time in Zhenjiang, and I am a little picky about accommodation. Before the trip, I hesitated between Hyatt and your hotel. In the end, I chose your hotel. When I drove to the hotel, there were road signs all the way, and the instructions clearly led to the charging pile and directly to the hotel lobby. The front desk managers were very enthusiastic and responsible! I helped to apply for a river view room. The weather was clear, the Yangtze River was blue, and Gushan and Jiaoshan were in sight. Everything was worth it. Breakfast was on the first floor. I had authentic pot cover noodles, duck blood vermicelli, and Chinese food styles were really many. It brought together delicacies from various regions, and the variety of nuts was also the most seen in the hotel during the trip. Eating a nutritious and exquisite breakfast can really fill the mood for the beginning of the day. I took away a cup of coffee after eating and drinking, and it accompanied me for half a day. I used to see posts saying that the decoration of your hotel was old, and I really want to correct the name of your hotel! Everything with years will slowly grow old, both people and things. But traces are not our medals 🎖️All traces are graceful, simple, calm and patterned. I hope your hotel will continue to be harmonious and keep improving, and wealth and happiness will always stay. Whenever I come to Zhenjiang again, I will firmly choose to stay here, sit quietly in front of the window, and enjoy this peaceful rest.
