First time staying with Hengqin Hyatt It was such a nice experience! My friend and I were staying for one night to check out Hengqin. It was also my first time staying with Hyatt group as I am a Bonvoy member. We were very pleased to be nicely taken care of by Eli who was very attentive to our needs. Definitely will revisit it again in the near future.

I have compared several hotels in other apps, and the evaluation of this hotel is mixed. I may be a ”stubborn” and I have to find out. The concierge opened the door at the hotel entrance, checked in at the front desk, the guest service manager Clean handled the problem, and the service of the room staff was very satisfactory. The hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment, and the quality and variety of breakfast are all very good. It was an unexpected experience for me!

Super hotel ever !! location very good, convenience for shopping and near to border to across to Macau ! we are only one day in Zhuhai as though that Zhuhai have nothing much to do. But we are wrong !! definitely will be back and stay here again ! Room supper clean, staff all are friendly. They have good service mind and help us on guided where to go, really appreciated ! Room very big and comfortable. my friend was run to shopping her luggage and back late then we requested to check out late ... so hotel allowed us to check out 2.oo pm !! I've stayed with Bonvoy hotels for many years, and this one Shangri-La Zhuhai surprised and impressed me with their services. Basic service was expected with Bonvoy hotels, however this experience showed me they went the extra miles, all staff are well trained. Special thanks to my butler Lia and Minnie, who took well care of me during the stay, including my request of neck support pillow (very hard to find in China) all the way to check out. They were very responsive to all my questions. This hotel in general will not disappoint you, definitely a place to go to for couples and families, they have consider everything. They have 2 pool; 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. All needs are covered. The room was spacious enough for me and my partner, we had a balcony and faced the Macau bridge. Night few was magnificent. The hotel was easy to fine, and i was driving and they made everything super convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and families, i didn't have the chance to try their buffet but i heard it's good and i will definitely come back again. My trip was too short, and i wish i could of stayed longer.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay to celebrate my son's birthday, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I made a last-minute booking on the same day as our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised that they accepted our request without any hassle. Upon entering our beautifully appointed room, we were delighted to find a complimentary cake for my son, complete with colorful balloons to celebrate his special day. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable! The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including beach robes, spa robes, beach slippers, and room slippers, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site dining options. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which, while a bit on the pricey side, was absolutely worth it! The variety of seafood and other dishes was impressive, and the beautiful view while dining made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also a treat, offering a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes. An added bonus was the beach located right next to the hotel, which had a kids' play area and swings. It was the perfect spot for my son to have some fun and enjoy the outdoors. While the hotel is a bit removed from the city center, it only took about 20 minutes by taxi to get there. We also ventured to a nearby bar area, just a short 15-minute ride away, where we enjoyed shisha and the beautiful night views. Overall, our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and best hotel for kids ✨

Huge hotel connected to the Chimelong Ocean World. Lots to do there. There are busses to take you to the various attractions. Food was good. This is not the place to stay if you don't have children. Water is expensive in the hotel (12rmb per bottle) you can get it cheaper in the park at 8rmb a bottle. They do provide 4 complimentary bottles of water per day for the hotel room. You can get more if you ask.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is extremely convenient, connecting basement pathways to the border underground mall. Surrounding lots of restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. There is even a Karaoke bar within the building in another tower. I was in a sea view room, although the sea was a bit far, but got a nice wide view. Only drawback is the busy traffic entering and departing from the hotel by car/taxi, but can work around if you fit more time in advance to your schedule. Overall very good experience, and I will return for sure.
