The front desk also had roasted sweet potatoes and popcorn for the kids, and parking at the hotel is free. For breakfast, there's a lovely selection with a 'nine-compartment' tray, steamed buns, shaomai, fruit, noodles, and soy milk – it’s clear they put a lot of thought into it. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast. I also left something behind, and they kindly reminded me to go back and get it. If I come back to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The front desk service was excellent, allowing a late check-out until 2 PM. This is my second stay, and the location is very convenient. The only downside was that I couldn't connect my phone to the projector, even after trying for a long time. Although I booked the same room type as my first stay, I was assigned a different room this time. The bathroom and shower layout directly faced the head of the bed, which felt uncomfortable from a feng shui perspective while sleeping. The circular shower and the sink right by the door gave it a dated feel, probably from over ten years ago. It wasn't as good as my first experience.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in; I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. First, we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM. After checking in, we were told that the twin room we booked was not yet available and we had to wait. I asked how long we'd have to wait, and the front desk said they didn't know. They then told us that everyone else waiting on the sofa behind us was also waiting for a twin room. When I asked why, the front desk explained that guests had checked out after 2 PM, so the rooms weren't ready. The booking stated a 3 PM check-in, so the hotel should have had the room prepared. If they knew there was an insufficient supply of rooms, they shouldn't have allowed guests to check out late. There's no reason for the next guest to wait. I asked the front desk what solutions they could offer. The person who checked us in said there were none. I then mentioned making a complaint, and the front desk called a more senior person to handle it. That person's attitude was much better than the first; they apologized profusely and offered us another room to rest in, promising to notify us to switch rooms once ours was ready so we wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. However, after a long journey, guests are exhausted and want to drop their luggage, rest, and then continue their plans. Because we didn't know when the room would be ready, we didn't dare shower, unpack, or sleep. We finally got to switch rooms after 5 PM. Secondly, when I made the reservation, I noted it was for a birthday celebration. The front desk said they saw the remark but that their hotel doesn't offer such services. I was amused. 😄 Unless it's a guesthouse, any decent hotel would offer some basic amenities for a birthday celebration, like a birthday cake or room decorations, right? But they said they had no such service and even suggested I could apply tomorrow to see what they could offer. Are they treating us like beggars? What's the point of a belated offering after the birthday has passed? It's fine if they can't provide a cake; we can buy our own. But the problem is, we had to wait several hours to get into our room, so we didn't even have time to do any impromptu decorations. Our birthday celebration was completely ruined! Thirdly, we had booked breakfast and drinks. The front desk didn't even tell us when or where breakfast was served, and we didn't receive our drinks. We had to figure everything out and ask ourselves. The worst part was that the Wi-Fi didn't work. When I asked the front desk, they sent a cleaning staff member to talk to me, and when that person couldn't fix it, they called someone else. They claimed it was connected but didn't let me test it before quickly leaving. We still couldn't get online. What a terrible hotel! 🤬 What's even worse about the room is that besides two rolls of toilet paper next to the toilet, there were no facial tissues. We had to ask the cleaning staff for them the next day! Worst of all was the broken system device in the room. Since it serves as a replacement for a phone, the hotel placed it by the bedside. As a result, every night at 3 AM, while we were sound asleep, that broken device would suddenly broadcast a loud ”Hello, Master!” scaring everyone in our room awake. The first time could be an accident, but for two consecutive days at 3 AM, it broadcast ”Hello, Master!” What kind of nonsense is that? Is the hotel trying to prevent people from sleeping? Aside from being newly opened and therefore having relatively new and clean facilities, this hotel has no redeeming qualities. The staff seemed like they were just pulled off the street to be employees; they didn't know how to check people in or provide service. If your hotel isn't ready, don't open it. Train your employees properly before letting them serve guests!

This was my first stay here, and I was really impressed by the hotel's design. It's rare to find a hotel with such a distinct 'Shanghai style,' and the color palette is very pleasing to the eye. The lobby constantly plays various sports events; today it was La Liga. Sitting in the lobby, enjoying a drink and watching the game was incredibly comfortable. The actual environment is exactly like the hotel's promotional pictures!

This stay exceeded my expectations! Hotel parking was a breeze, with plenty of spots and easy in-and-out access. We could drive right up to the hotel entrance to unload luggage, which was perfect for a road trip without worrying about finding parking. The room was meticulously cleaned; upon entering, it felt fresh and spotless. There was no dust on the floors or tables, the bedding was crisp and dry, and the bathroom had no odors, with even the corners neatly tidied. The overall environment was quiet, and the facilities were well-maintained. The service was gentle, and check-in/check-out was efficient. It offers excellent value for money. If you're driving to this area, this hotel is a great choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious enough, and the environment was much better than the hotels I usually stay in for business trips, plus the price was more favorable. It was truly great value for money. The facilities, especially the hygiene, were excellent, and the service was very efficient. When checking out, the front desk lady even helped me with my luggage. This hotel is located in the bustling heart of the city, with a fantastic surrounding environment. It's close to shopping malls, Lover's Road, the Zhuhai Fisher Girl statue, and the beach, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and hygienic, and the service is excellent. The restaurant is on the first floor and offers distinctive dim sum for breakfast, along with a rich and delicious selection for lunch and dinner. It's a great spot for family and friends to dine together and a highly recommended place for relatives and friends visiting Zhuhai to stay.

As an old player who has stayed in so many e-sports hotels, I sincerely recommend the Sun Moon Bay Hotel. It is really good and very close to the beach. Yesterday, I walked with my friends to see the sea, which is only a few hundred meters away. The computer screen should be ASUS. The lady at the front desk helped to upgrade the king-size bed room. There is also a balcony outside the window. Next time, I will definitely [grin] and stay in this room. The service of the hotel staff is very good. Seeing that we have a lot of luggage, they moved and lifted it for us. Later, they were worried that we would need to wash clothes, so they brought us a few hangers. They were very considerate.
