I booked this hotel primarily for its proximity to the HK Internationalal airport and the rate. As I was traveling back from Shanghai on an evening flight and was flying out of HK the next morning and just needed a place to sleep for the night. I booked 2 rooms one for my wife and the other for my mother. The hotel has a shuttle service and stated the schedule was posted at the hotel. This didn’t help at all since I was at the airport so we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was about a 7 minutes ride and cost me 30HKD (about $4 USD) plus 20HKD tips (not optional and tipping not required). When I checked in I was delighted to hear they upgraded our rooms to suites and both rooms were next to each other. They showed me on the floor plan where the room would be. This hotel is huge no kidding I walked about 5 minutes from the elevator to our rooms. The room was basically 2 adjoining rooms. One with a king sized bed joined by a studio room with a sofa bed. Basically my 2 booked rooms was 4 rooms. Each had a set of bathrooms.
Since we checked in at 8pm there was not much to do nor things to see as it was dark outside. The pool was outdoors and was closed for the winter season. There was a gym but we were too exhausted after a day of travel to check it out. The lobby had a grab and go cafe where you can dine in or take food to your room.
After we checked out we used the hotel shuttle service to the airport using the posted schedule at the front desk and posted on the right side of the hotel where you board the bus. The shuttle leaves hotel every 15 mins and is large enough to accommodate 30+ passengers. The shuttle also goes to the MTR where you can take the subway into HK.
I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness and amenities as I found some hair on the sofa and some dirt on the floor and the pool was closed. Overall for the proximity to the airport and HK Exhibition Center and value I would not have stayed here.
Disclaimer: This was my personal view based on accommodations and what needed during our 3 week trip to HK/China.

This hotel is in a great location, midway between Admiralty and Wan Chai stations, making it super convenient to get anywhere. You can even walk to Causeway Bay, passing countless restaurants and convenience stores along the way.
My room booking included afternoon tea and breakfast. The afternoon tea was quite extensive, though they only had black tea and coffee, no milk tea. Breakfast was also decent, especially a crystal bun that was absolutely delicious. Considering the cost of food in Hong Kong, having breakfast and afternoon tea included at the hotel was definitely worth it.
However, the facilities are seriously outdated. Specifically, I couldn't find my room's Wi-Fi signal, and eventually, even the staff couldn't fix it. They just gave me the Wi-Fi passwords for several nearby rooms and told me to use whichever one had the strongest signal.
Also, remember to bring your own universal adapter! The hotel reception doesn't lend them out; you can only rent one.
The room doors are not soundproofed at all; you can hear conversations in the hallway very clearly.
I went during New Year's Day, and the room rate was over two thousand a night. For the facilities and room size, it's incredibly poor value for money!

The hotel is directly connected to Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) via a covered, air-conditioned walkway (just a few minutes’ walk from the terminal). That makes it ideal for late arrivals, early departures, or long layovers. I attempted to contact the hotel front desk on New Year’s Eve, but no one answered the phone. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient, which I appreciated.

I stayed here on New Year's Eve. I originally booked a triple room and was worried it would be very small, but then I was upgraded to a large room with a sea view upon check-in, which was a wonderful surprise!
Hygiene: It was very clean and tidy.
Service: We had to wait a bit because it was peak season, but it was quick, and a server even brought us milk tea.
Facilities: Most basic amenities were provided, but disposable toiletries and bottled water needed to be brought by ourselves. Luckily, I had done my research and brought them along.
Environment: The surrounding area is very lively! I went there for Zhou Shen's New Year's Eve concert at Kai Tak, and even at 1 or 2 AM, there were still many restaurants open, as well as 7-Eleven. I wasn't worried about walking at night, and transportation is very convenient. Tsim Sha Tsui East Station goes directly to Kai Tak, and you can even watch the sunrise from your room.
I tried both breakfast and afternoon tea, which were decent. If I have the chance, I would choose The Emperor Hotel again. Not bad, not bad at all.

This stay deserves a perfect score. In terms of ”hardware,” the design, cleanliness, and facilities were impeccable. As for ”software,” the staff's warmth and professionalism made everything smooth and comfortable. The breakfast offered a rich variety, with both local specialties and Western pastries being top-notch. I've already highly recommended it to friends, and it will be my go-to choice whenever I return to this city.

The front desk service at the hotel was excellent! The room was quite comfortable for a Hong Kong hotel, featuring a bedside table, a mini office desk, and a fridge. It was also equipped with suitable power sockets, which was very convenient. Dining and shopping options are easily accessible nearby, and it's close to Victoria Park. There's also a historic Tin Hau Temple not too far away.
I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 pm and travelled there by subway. The hotel is quite far from the subway station and there are many staircases along the way, which makes it inconvenient when travelling with large luggage. The hotel is located near an industrial area, with only a few eateries nearby. There is another shopping mall scheduled to open soon behind the hotel. On a positive note, there are direct airport buses (A22 and A29) available near the McDonald’s.
The hotel room is clean, and housekeeping does a good job of maintaining the room daily. The room itself is spacious enough to open two large suitcases comfortably.
However, the bed was a major downside. It was not comfortable at all, and the mattress quality was extremely poor—I could clearly feel the bed springs. I strongly suggest the hotel consider replacing the mattresses. The pillow was also very flat, although they did provide extra pillows upon request, which was appreciated.

The hotel boasts a convenient location with excellent public transport links. It's only a few hundred meters from the MTR Fortress Hill Station, about a 5-minute walk. There's also a 'ding ding' tram route nearby; make sure to take a ride on this century-old tram!
The rooms are well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator. It's worth noting that the hotel embraces an eco-friendly philosophy, so disposable toiletries (like toothbrushes and combs) and complimentary bottled water are not proactively provided. Guests should bring their own or purchase them at the hotel. The Deluxe Seaview Rooms offer views of Victoria Harbour.
There are also some great local snacks around the hotel. For those with a sweet tooth, I recommend 'Fook Yuen Tang Yuan'.

Let's start with the positives:
The hotel is incredibly close to the concert venue, making it super convenient for shows. They even have a dedicated entrance for quick security checks.
It's only a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel.
Nearby, there's the Kai Tak Retail Hub with plenty of great food and drink options. You can easily snag a table at Chicha San Chen and Sushiro during non-peak hours when there aren't any performances.
Now for the negatives:
It's not particularly close to Sung Wong Toi or Kai Tak MTR stations.
Since it's an eco-friendly hotel, the facilities are a bit basic. However, considering the usual room rates in Hong Kong are quite reasonable, it balances out. That said, during performance events, the room prices skyrocket.

I brought my mom and grandma to Hong Kong and booked the Regal Hotel. They upgraded us from a triple room to a deluxe suite with a harbor view. Although the hotel is a bit old, you can tell the facilities were very thoughtfully designed when it was built, and it's also very well-maintained! It was a very pleasant stay.

MM303245****Our stay was fantastic! The service was exceptionally attentive, from the thoughtful contact before check-in to promptly addressing every request afterward. It truly felt genuine, warm, and heartfelt. The hotel is located in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and getting around. Excellent, highly recommended!
MMattCszSimple and clean. Comfortable, quiet and practical. Location was good for what we wanted and transport easily available. Had a nice view from our room and the staff kindly made sure our kids were across the hall. Only one thing: avoid returning to the hotel between 1930-2030 as it’s when the tour groups check in and the queue for the lifts snakes through the lobby. Other guests are meant to be allowed to use the back lift but we only learnt this upon check out. All in all, perfect for what we needed. Great price for a simple, clean service.
GGuest UserIt’s a very good hotel with friendly staff, and spacious given that it’s in Hong Kong 🤣 cleanliness is good too, although no disposable amenities and drinking water provided. Although you can take the water from lobby, but would prefer to have bottled water. Location is not exactly at the busy streets and do expect some walking to nearest convenience stores/metro station. Overall I’m satisfied with the hotel and will reconsider starting again.

MM318177****The room was pretty good. If you want a window, you need to communicate that in advance. I stayed for four days, and the front desk staff were all very nice. The housekeeping service was also good; no one disturbed me. It's suitable for travelers, and it's right at Exit D2 of Tsim Sha Tsui.
GGuest UserExcellent, highly recommended! The service was great, truly lives up to its reputation as a top-rated hotel. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby. Just a heads-up, avoid that small diner or 'bing sutt' called Hay (or something similar) right across the street; the food there is really bad.
AAnastassThank you for a wonderful stay. I had no problems here. The hotel is in a still good place where I can get a rest and enjoy an ocean view. This’s my second time and I hope not the last.
There’re many different restaurants at the subway station and shops to explore. I’m into that area.
Thanks.
GGuest UserPhenomenal place to stay - only quirk getting out of the way first it can be slightly tricky to find being in the mid Levels, so a taxi/shuttle would be better than walking.
However, the room was spacious and very nice, clean with a great view from the 13th floor. The front desk was extra helpful by helping with my phone charger issue on top of being punctual, helpful etc.
Great building as well, there is a Fusion maybe three minutes away walking so picking up random necessities is useful and a gas station with some random items as well so you will always be able to grab something quick. Great little restaurant next to the greeting area as well, Hainanese chicken is great and I used my free drink voucher as well. Fantastic place to stay, I will be back next time I am in HK
MM297565****This place is decent. The hygiene is pretty good, though the room is a bit small. That's understandable given that space is at a premium on Hong Kong Island. The price was great during the off-season, especially with fewer people around due to the typhoon. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It was drizzling all day, and because of the typhoon, the MTR to Hong Kong Island was temporarily shut down. I tried to hail a Didi for ages in the morning; taxis didn't want to go out because of the typhoon, and Didi drivers were price gouging, asking for HKD 300 or even HKD 500. Some even accepted the order but never showed up and didn't cancel. It wasn't even that far. Finally, an uncle accepted the order and showed up in the rain, and he didn't even charge extra! I couldn't believe it, he was a truly honest person. The wind and rain weren't even that bad, and there were few cars on the road. I chatted with the driver; he spoke Cantonese, and we spoke Mandarin, but we could mostly understand each other. Older people are often more down-to-earth. The driver was over 50, born in Hong Kong, with ancestral roots in Guangdong. His daughter is still young. It's not easy for men to provide for their families. We arrived at the hotel quickly, and the fare was HKD 123. We gave the driver a 10 RMB note as a tip to thank him.
MM323434****Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite smooth. The location is very convenient, with bus stops and convenience stores right outside. The room was clean, and the facilities were functional. Hot water supply was stable, so there were no major issues during my stay. It offers decent value for money.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel as definitely convenience and fine somehow the cleanliness and out of amenities even though you pay hkd1600 for a room
With compare other group of hotel they won’t be charge for the premier room and provide fresh water ; free drinks and amenities .
The hotel nearby all you need including convenience store ; shopping mall just a 10 minutes but no breakfast provide inside the property and do not have separate bed only double bed so if you get a child this is not the one of the choice . Staff as friendly and helpful for the night shift staff .
