Overall, I was satisfied with the service. The airport pick-up driver helped with loading and unloading my luggage, and the shop staff were friendly. I ordered a Subaru Outback, but when I arrived, the staff offered me a Mitsubishi Eclipse, saying it was newer. I immediately objected, as the Mitsubishi is cheaper than the Subaru and its trunk isn't big enough. I insisted on having the Subaru, and the staff brought it over for me. There were a few issues with the car. The right-side speaker sometimes malfunctions. There was a large patch of grime on the windshield, making it impossible to see the road. I suspect it was caused by wiping the glass with a cloth soaked in wax. After driving a short distance and stopping at a rest stop to clean it, the problem was resolved.

I highly recommend this car rental company for your Hokkaido self-drive trip! The car was brand new and clean, easy to drive, and fuel-efficient. The pick-up and drop-off process was super fast, and the staff patiently explained the local driving rules. They were incredibly thoughtful in their details. They even gave us a lovely Hokkaido-style fridge magnet as a souvenir – a lovely little gift. On the last day of our trip, we ran overtime and couldn't return the car on time. We contacted the rental company urgently, and the staff were incredibly understanding. They gave us a free extension without any extra charges, solving our biggest problem. Communication was smooth throughout, and the service was both personalized and heartwarming. The entire self-drive trip was hassle-free, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose them again for my Hokkaido self-drive trip!

This is my second time renting a car from them, and I highly recommend them. Note that they don't have a reversing radar, so it's best to buy full insurance. Japanese drivers are very law-abiding, making it much safer than other places.

This was my first time renting a car from BeKobe, and they gave me a nearly brand-new Delica. There were enough spaces for all six of us, with plenty of room for luggage. The diesel engine was also very fuel-efficient. We used the car for 8 days, and the value for money was excellent. The staff on-site were also very friendly and welcoming. Extremely satisfied. I'll definitely be using BeKobe again for future rentals! 👍👍

This eight-day road trip in Hokkaido was incredibly convenient, especially the car rental process. We added each other on WeChat before departure, and after landing, we kept in touch via WeChat. A shuttle bus arrived at the designated location in ten minutes. The young man who handled the rental was very experienced and explained all the key points to consider when driving in Japan. We rented an ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) card, which was extremely convenient. The day before returning the car, customer service proactively contacted us via WeChat with the gas station and return location. The entire return process took less than ten minutes, and then they took us to the airport.

Overall, it was a good experience. The airport pickup and car rental/return went smoothly; they contacted us in advance. The only issue was a problem with the car's data cable connection; the shop said they would replace it in the future. We rented a Mazda CX-5, but the shop gave us a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross instead.

This car rental experience was great! 👍 The rental company staff were very efficient, and the pick-up and drop-off service to the rental location was convenient. The car wasn't new, but it was in decent condition. Remember to take detailed photos of the car's condition when you pick it up.
