For those who aren't good at English, this is a great option! First of all, they are extremely professional! I picked up the car in Christchurch and returned it in Queenstown. There was a minor scratch in between. My insurance was from China. China insurance claims are processed instantly once the invoice arrives. The only issue is that you need to prepay the rental company. Ezu is quite cost-effective, although the car is a bit old, but it didn't affect my driving at all. With a local rental company, I would have found it difficult to ask questions given my limited English. When I left, I asked about Ezu's own insurance, so I didn't need a deposit. Overall, the experience was very pleasant, smooth, and enjoyable. To be honest, Ctrip is really great; they provided excellent tracking throughout the entire process. I'm truly grateful. Thank you to the insurance company, the rental company, and Ctrip for making this trip so successful.

The rental fee was indeed cheap, and the car was in good condition; although it had 100,000 kilometers on it, it drove quite smoothly. Picking up and returning the car was quick, and there was no hard-selling of insurance or other services. There was a minor incident: a stone flying from the road chipped the windshield. Because I didn't have full insurance, I paid a 1000 NZD repair fee upon returning the car, but ended up paying a little over 600 NZD. This fee was quite reasonable; there were no hidden charges.

Although the vehicle was relatively old, the pick-up and drop-off process was still very convenient and fast, and the service was also very good. However, the car had 210,000 kilometers on it, so it felt a bit unstable while driving. Fortunately, it wasn't snowing during the drive.

Borrowing and returning the car is very convenient, and there are Chinese staff members, so communication is easy. If you return the car on the same day and then go to the airport, they can even take you there. The cars are in excellent condition and very convenient to use.

There's no room for complaint about this price. Free airport pick-up and drop-off is included. The vehicle is an Outlander with 108,000 kilometers and has been in excellent condition. Full coverage insurance was purchased on-site, excluding off-road coverage, and limited to one claim.

The service was excellent, with Chinese-speaking customer service. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient and simple, and they even provided great itinerary suggestions. The only downside was that the cars were generally quite old, but still easy to drive.

EZU is a car rental company I really like. It's very convenient, affordable, and offers airport pick-up and drop-off services. The staff are also very friendly. The only downside is that my deposit refund arrived the same day in Auckland, but it was slower in Christchurch and Queenstown. However, the service was excellent overall. Personally, I prefer EZU in Auckland to Queenstown, which is better than Christchurch. I've already recommended it to friends who are going next month!
