Actually, all the positive reviews I gave were for Ctrip. This car rental company only gave me half a tank of gas, but the car was quite new. They also overcharged me for extra mileage when I returned it. I contacted Ctrip immediately, and their service was excellent. They quickly found out what happened, and someone even called me. They then promptly refunded the overcharged amount. I'll definitely use Ctrip for car rentals in the future.

Picking up and returning the car was convenient; the vehicle was new, in excellent condition, and powerful. Having a car in Canada is so much more convenient. The pick-up and return procedures were easy, the vehicle was spacious, and overall I'm satisfied.

The car condition, location, and service were all very good, but the rental policy was not user-friendly enough. I found it difficult to rent for a month. I hope this can be improved; short-term rentals should be good for the store, so I don't understand why it can't be rented for more than 14 days?

#Service Attitude# I was very satisfied with the service I received from this company throughout my trip to Canada. #Vehicle Condition# The car was in excellent condition and looked brand new. #Forms and Procedures# The rental period was repeatedly extended because I couldn't return to China due to the pandemic, but I hope the rental procedures can be improved. This rental company offers short-term rentals, with each order limited to 14 days. The renewal price is the same as offline rentals, but the car I rented was about $15 more per day. Furthermore, after renting for 30 days, I was required to wait 5 days before reordering. This caused inconvenience for users, and I hope they can improve this. It would be great if they could offer the same price for renewals during the pandemic. #Location# Since I had to go to the airport area every time I needed to renew, which was quite a detour, it would be helpful if they had one or two branches in the city center.

This was my second car rental, and it was another Nissan X-Trail. The mileage was only 2000 kilometers, which is fantastic. Airport pick-up and drop-off were very convenient; I called after arriving at the airport, and they arrived quickly. For drop-off, they dropped me off immediately after I returned the car. The main reason for this was simply that I rent a car frequently; the price is cheap. The only drawback is that they don't speak Chinese.
