The staff can communicate in English or use a mobile phone translator; the process is quite simple. Then you pick up the car yourself; the keys are inside. Just follow the photo order from your Ctrip booking for documentation, and then you can drive away.
Returning the car is easy if you manage your time well and make sure the fuel level isn't lower than the starting level. As long as there haven't been any scratches or dents, you can return the keys quickly. This is probably the best value car rental company in Jeju. This is my second time renting from them, and I give it five stars!

The rental was great value for money, and picking it up and returning it was very convenient. However, picking up the car required filling out many forms, which took up a lot of time. The other Koreans who rented cars at the same time had already left. Since the car was relatively small, we naturally chose the most economical model. There's a shuttle bus to the airport. Actually, the rental company is very close to the airport, probably less than a 10-minute walk. I don't know why the shuttle bus from the airport took almost 20 minutes. Maybe there were road restrictions.

There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the store. There's no Chinese-speaking service; you'll need to communicate in English. After completing the pick-up formalities, you can retrieve the car keys yourself; they're in the car. Remember to take a video of the vehicle and save it. To return the car, simply drive it over, and a staff member will do a quick check. No further procedures are required. After getting off, you can directly board the airport shuttle bus. The bus runs until 7:40 PM, and the ride is just a one-minute drive up a hill. Jeju Island is great for self-driving, especially for traveling with babies.
