I was extremely disappointed in my stay here. On our first night, my friend was getting ready at the sink and was slightly leaning against the sink when the whole thing came crashing down. This was due to proper installation and one of us could have easily been injured. We went to tell the front desk who said we would talk to management before receiving a charge, but 10 minutes later my card got charged. I tried to contact management numerous times and never got a response. We also had a maintenance worker walk into our room unannounced at 9am, while there were 5 girls asleep in our room which were very uncomfortable with. These experiences overall really negatively effected our weekend and the rest of our stay here.

Dormitory use Location Not so bad near the Arc de Triomphe. staff It's not bad feeling as usual. It's not good to pick up but it's normal. Equipment and amenities The inside is spacious and has a lot of space. Simple decor. I don't think it's dirty, but it's specially beautiful! Does not. Normal cleanliness. If price is important, we are satisfied. But since I was late check-in after 22:00, an extra 10 € was taken. I thought this was expensive. There is a sofa and a table in the common space so you can relax. not bad. Towels are charged. OK if you don't arrive late at night because of the price.

I stayed 5 nights in the accommodation and the truth that was all very pleasant. The staff boys all with the best of the waves always and available for any doubt I had. I highlight the work of Ceci, Diogo, Alan, Sofi and Geri. The hotel is very comfortable and the common rooms of the best of the Hostel. The only point in the way of ” complain” is that my goal at the Hostel was to meet people, within all my age and just throughout my stay there was a trip of primary and secondary children, who occupied all the rooms of the hotel.

The pillows were too low, the quilt was a thin sheet, told the front desk but they did not provide us with more pillows and quilts. Only two more thin orders were given. There is no luggage storage, only small boxes that are self-locking. Two euros at a time. But my 24-inch suitcase couldn't fit in. You can only go to the case or backpack. Next to the subway station. My wallet was stolen when I was ”lucky” when I came out of this station on the first day. The thief pretended to help our two girls carry suitcases. The front desk staff was completely unaware of the correct police station that opened at night and told us the wrong address. Not recommended

Very cool and funky hotel in a great area. Location: center city. Very convenient to many of the sites, metro, shopping (high end), hop on/ hop off bus, nice restaurants, etc Hotel overall: just COOL with a very laid back, fun vibe. Daily free yoga classes. Free walking tour. Amazing breakfast. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. No language issues. Decor is fabulous and eclectic. Excellent use of old and new. Elevators from the last century. Circular staircases surround the elevators. Yoga studio with colorful, comfortable pillows. Tile floors. Lots of shared/common areas including library, study, terrace (great sitting area for cards and a glass of wine), communal kitchen with fridges, micro, plates, glasses, flatware... The room: we got a double with ensuite bath. The room was TINY and dark. Had a bed and an open ”warerobe” with a rod and couple of shelves and that was it. One window with drapes looking out over a small, dark inner courtyard type square. Not even bedside tables. The bath was tiny and the shower floor was ceramic and treacherous when wet. No grab bars, so be had to be very careful. The room was quite off putting at first, but once you ”let it go”, it sort of fit with the experience. It made us socialize more and enjoy the common areas. Met a couple of interesting people... No TV -- anywhere, including common areas. At first it was strange, but we ended up enjoying the break from the noise -- it fits with the Casa vibe. Price/rate: very reasonable, @$100us per night plus tax.

This was my first time staying in a hostal and it was a great experience! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. AC was strong enough and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Walking distance from many good bars and restaurants. All for a great price as well. We would be happy to return here next time in Barcelona!

This was the cheapest option when we went to Barcelona so we weren't expecting much. It's actually pretty good. It's more of a budget hotel than a hostel, you'd see people from different age groups. During breakfast you'd see old people as well as children. So if you're looking for a party hostel this isn't the place. There's a bar downstairs though and it's quite easy to meet people there if you're traveling alone. The area is great too, close to the metro station and a number of attractions. lots of places to eat nearby. there's a mini mart just across the street. Facilities were great, rooms were kept clean. Wifi was good. The buffet breakfast was pretty good too and i'd say it's fairly priced. There are washers and dryers in the basement if you need to do your laundry, you just need coins to operate em. If you don't have coins you could easily get some at the reception. Which brings me to the only complaint i'm going to make. At night there's frequently a long line at the reception. The hostel needs to hire more people to man the reception at night.

This is my favorite hotel in Spain. First of all, from the geographical point of view, it is very superior, just opposite the Casa Batllo, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Casa Batllo at different times. Secondly, from the size of the room, he is actually the nature of the apartment. No. 62 is a hotel. It is only a hotel on the 62nd. The room is super super large. I stayed here for 5 nights and the room was very clean, pleasant and with air conditing, which was needed in his heat and humitidy. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The whole area is beautiful, and the pool was never too busy. We had wonderful views of the top of Tibidabu from both our room and the pool. The staff were so helpful and there were no issues communicating, despite my limited Spanish! The glass at the front of the building could do with a clean, but honestly, that is the only thing I could say that was negative. My window in my room was very clear and clean! I would definitely come back again. There is easy access to both trains and busses and a coffee shop, convenience store and pharmacy just a couple of blocks away. The old town is beautiful and less than 5 minutes away. I would come here again.

I have had the most pleasant stay atThe Golden Tulip Hotel. The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and serviced daily. The breakfasts and dinners were superb and the passion of the chef shone through her creations. I loved every moment of my stay. I will recommend any and all people visiting Barcelona to stay here. Wonderful hotel, with friendly, helpful staff, in a central location. Would definitely go back and thoroughly recommend. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice from cheeses, meats, pastries and fruit to a choice of eggs from a separate menu. Staff were very attentive offering more juice and hot drinks. Pool/bar area is a lovely spot to relax.
