The location is excellent. There is a restaurant on the ground floor.

We arrived after midnight but that was no problem because there’s always someone at the reception. The hotel is in the centre of the historical town. Very kind staff. The room was big, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was spacious as well and all spotlessly clean. Pity that it was only for one night. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops & sightseeing at walking distance.

Very nice hotel in the downtown of Avilés. They got a private parking about 3min walking distance(+15€/night) however is really small and difficult to park w/o hitting a column. About hotel, very nice! Excellent value for price

The hotel is located in the city centre, a stone's throw from the Town Hall and Plaza de España. Without any frills, 40 Nudos offers good service, with a comfortable bed, heating, a clean room and bathroom, and an unbeatable location for a reasonable price. As our plane left after check-out, they let us store our bags at reception until our departure to the airport. Highly recommended for exploring the city centre.

The room was super cozy, we had air conditioning which was very useful to deal with the summer heat. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows too. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. The negative point is that the parquet floor creaked when you walked and the mini bar didn't cool at all. Everything else was excellent.

No admiten niños en cenas como la de nochevieja. A u par de semanas de Nochevieja, teniendo una reserva de mesa de 10 comensales (8adultos y 2 niños) desde el 14 de noviembre, nos escriben un WhatsApp diciendo que los niños no están permitidos en la cena.

Perfetta struttura nel cuore di Avilés! Camera spaziosa e assolutamente carina,bagno immenso! Alla Reception molto gentili. Posizione a 1 min a piedi dal centro, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus. Qualità prezzo ottimo Sicuramente consigliato!

Servicio correcto sin nada que destacar. Habitación modesta no muy grande. Barrio céntrico bastante ruidoso. Un hotelito para pasar un par de noches, para más tiempo no se hace cómodo. El parking está próximo, unos 15 euros por día, es una ventaja porque aparcar en Avilés es bastante complicado.
