The food is excellent, the rooms are clean. The staff are nice and friendly. We had the most astonishing view of the airport. The place is quiet and laid back perfect for relaxation.

Got off the plane early but the luggage took too long, so we barely missed the midnight free shuttle. Called Grab and it took around 20 minutes and over 200baht. The hotel itself was quite traditional: small lifts, worn interior. Odd number rooms would be on the left hand side after stepping out of the lift. The room itself was spacious with updated interior, with less-than-elegant bathroom. Bed was comfy and the blinds were great. Aircon was a bit tricky to work out. Was shocked to find no international socket outlets, not to mention USB. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, partly because it was not crowded at all when we arrived before eight, and also because of the grand interior. Food was above average, although there was a man who found the bowl was too small for cereal. We stayed there for one night only so we didn't mind the view (none) nor did we check the pool (or other facilities for that matter). Overall, absolutely great bang for the buck. This is the airport hotel to go to if you need a good sleep after a long weary flight.

We like the hotel for the complimentary airport shuttle, which got us to the airport within 15 minutes during the morning traffic. The buffet breakfast spread is well presented and tasty. The gym has a few types of equipment to select from, and we felt the lighting could be improved (instead of using warm light). I like that that front desk was able to cater to our preferences for a high floor room with a view of the runway. The room is aesthetically designed and the bed is firm, which fits my sleep preference. I rated the amenities lower because of the toilet which while there are non slip mats provided, perhaps a handle installed would be helpful for those who are physically less mobile to get into the bath tub. Also, our shower head isn’t flexible and we’d need to remove the handle each time to avoid wetting the entire bathroom floor. We didn’t have dinner because we took a grab out to Megan Bagna, which offered many dining choices and allowed us to do last minute shopping before we head back to our home country.

Room is big and clean with free wifi. We had a room with a view to the airport. Restaurant is open 24 hrs with room-service very convenient when you arrive with a very late night flight and wanted to grab something to eat. With shuttle bus service, make it easy to go to the airport even when you have very early flight as first shuttle bus runs at 4 am already. Breakfast is very impressive with enough choices of food. We will stay again.

Casual stay, far from everywhere as it’s near Survanbhumi Airport. A bonus they providing airport transfer compliments.

Very good hotel if you wish to be near the airport. A lot of local restaurants nearby and the shuttle bus runs regularly.

We liked the hotel, great breakfast the only complain is the attitude of the manger there, she was so rude and seem to be upset about the bug bed and we requested to change new room. We got the room changed but with a very bad attitude of the manager. So sad we like the rest of the staffs there. The location is perfect, unfortunately we won't stay there again.

Great location and not far from the airport. Shuttle bus is regular and good service. Airport view on floor 4 was excellent. Ant the food is good with a great buffet breakfast.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel before my day-long-haul flight back to Australia. The room was spacious and I recommend booking a room with the airport view - this was a huge plus! I sat and watched the planes, being an av geek as I am. The room was large with separate areas for the bed and the dining area and had a nice bathroom. I didn't like the shower over the bath though - just a minor thing...at my age, I could slip getting in and out of the thing! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The foyer area was magnificent! I loved the grand piano and the music provided during dinner - there was no need to go outside the hotel for drinks or food. I will sure stay there on my next trip to Thailand and avoid the chaos of Bangkok for a few nice peaceful days!

Great hotel close to the airport with free shuttle service from and to the airport . For a ride from the hotel into the main tourist areas you will pay around 300bath one way with taxi/uber or how the call it here Grab.

The hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you're just there for airport purposes. We got in late, around 9:00 PM and the restaurant was open, and we had a lot of great food! Live singer as well They do their absolute best to provide a top notch experience. We had one issue where there was a loud noise which occurred around every 10-15 minutes in our room and mosquitos. It was about midnight and every time we went to go to sleep, it happened again, waking us up. The first maintenance guy brought bug spray and listened for the noise but of course didn't happen while he was there, (he didn't stay long enough!) so the manager called and we were insistent. So he sent two more hotel staff for "as long as we wanted them to stay" and we all ended up sitting in the room quietly until it happened again. Finally they heard what we were talking about and made efforts to repair it - something in the AC duct. Anyway, they sincerely do everything they can to ensure a great stay. I'd go back, but make sure they put in mosquito plugins!

What I really like about this hotel is that there is a crystal restaurant that offers variety of food on their menu. I am a strict vegetarian and I had so many options to choose from. There is also a tour guide who is very friendly and offers a great deal. In addition to this, airport shuttle operates 24 hours and they pick up for free from the airport to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Those staff are nice and helpful, but the toilet is A disaster. The photo from the website Totally different from real.
