Good location, clean, comforable bed, near bts sky train station

The room is clean and a lot of space, I love it here!

This is my 4/5th time with Kokotel & i love it very much! It’s easy to go anywhere, even more cheap with grab to🤭 Everything is perfect with Kokotel! Would definitely come again 🩵 THANK YOU!

Location wise this hotel is good because its near to everyrhing. Will repeat.

Service standards may have dipped compared to my previous stay in 2019. Receptionist's service is mediocre. Hotel is far from BTS train but no issue if commuting via Grab. My room was assigned at the adjacent building (belonging to property) with a side entrance for hotel guests only.

Kokotel is good, its clean and cozy. The food is so good also, and all the staffs are nice. They gave free cake for my birthday. We recommend this hotel, accessible to everywhere. If we will go back to Thailand we will choose Kokotel again and again. Thank you

Hotel was clean and had very friendly staff. Breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location

No hot water. Mould in shower. Low ceilings- alley window view. Alley entrance and not through a lobby with 24 hr concierge. Housekeeping did not provide clean towels one day and no toilet paper one day.

The room is quite small but the location is OK. The price is not cheap given the room is so small. The hotel doesn't have a lobby, instead it is a Cafe.

The location is excellent. The room was good. Beddings were clean. Love the place.

Overall nice place if you don't plan to use subway. Metro station is 20 minutes walk which is not comfortable. The room is nice, the hotel have a separate entrance which is a advantage for privacy. Overall clean except for windows which are dirty.

Tidy and comfort, also good place to stay and lay your back to take some rest.

Go green hotel / save the earth like it. Not far from Chongnonsi BTS Station
