Let’s start with the good things: Located close to the BTS station Asok and there are nearby malls, including Terminal 21. Room is clean, no issues with WiFi connection and aircon is working well. Now for the bad stuff: My room is next to the main street, so it is very noisy even till midnight. Fortunately, the room windows are closed, if not I cannot imagine sleeping well. However, you can hear the noises very clearly in the toilet. For those who are easily disturbed by noise, this is not the right place to stay (or probably I am the unlucky one who had the room beside the main street).

The price for the location was great. It is close to a metro transfer station, Terminal 21 mall, and one station away from the airport train. Things that were not great were the old towels with holes. Also, the building is directly next to the main road in Sukhumvit so the noise was constantly in the room.

It was difficult to find althought its on the main road. The hotel sign is not obviously seen. My room was cheapest type so its small and the room atmosphere was not fresh when I check in. The shower room is quite specious althought the main room area is small.

The location is extremely good, effortlessly walking distance to Asok station with wonderful Terminal 21 mall and Sukhumvit station. Just beside the hotel got a good proper massage at a reasonable price just beside the main road. And a Cafe just beside the hotel. This is a good thing about the hotel. The CONS, we booked 2 rooms and the room on the second floor is ok, clean and hot shower. But our second room on the third floor is pretty run down. We suspect it was a big day at the end of the year and probably convert one of the worst rooms or store rooms to be available. They stored the mango just beside our room entrance door which is pretty improper. The reception is very small but they provide a minimum service requirement like cleaning the room which is fine for us and they run a mango store beside the reception. The noise in our room on the third floor is pretty bad as it was near the main road and no hot shower. Overall it is still within just an acceptable level as the air-conditioning is working ok and the fridge is working ok. The bed is just ok. The lift is pretty stinky but it was ok on the second day. They probably moved a lot of mangoes using the lift that day. If you are looking for a good location hotel and hotel just above low budget then it would fit you. As we have no choice as at mid range hotels are fully booked at year end. We are still glad that we are able to have a room to stay. If they renovate the room and clean up the reception a little then it will very much become a very good mid range budget hotel as the location is fabulous. The location of the hotel is great it is near the bts station and there are a lot of good places to visit nearby. The room is good but the hair dryer is not functioning and the light in the toilet is busted.

It's on Sukhumvit Road, so the location is great. However, there is the sound of cars and motorbikes passing by until late at night, so I don't recommend it for people who are bothered by that. The reception is simple and check-in is smooth. Check-out is also smooth without any room checks. The room door only has a physical key, and the room amenities are minimal. The shower has sufficient temperature and water pressure, but be aware that there is no partition between the shower room and the toilet.

The location is good, within walking distance of BTS and MRT. However, the amenities are only shampoo and body soap. The TV didn't work and I couldn't watch it. The walls and doors to the next room are thin, so the outside noise is loud. The bathroom ventilation window is always open, so bugs get in and the outside noise is loud.

The owner is Korean. It would have been nice if I had known the day before check-out. I found out by chance because of my pretty daughter when I was checking out in the morning. The location and value for money are great. I was going to Manila via Singapore, but I was detained at the airport. I'm hungry. The vending machine only accepts cards with Singapore Dollars and Wi-Fi. My card is Visa and Mast doesn't work.

It was very clean and nice. It was a hotel that I would like to stay at again in the future. Next time I will stay for a longer time. The staff were also good.

Being close to Asok Station is a big advantage, but it is next to the road and close to Soi Cowboy. If you are a light sleeper, you will be disturbed by the sound of vehicles. Another advantage is that in addition to being close to 711, there is also a 24-hour fruit stall downstairs. If you want to eat mango or sticky rice, just go downstairs

Very bad experience, overall very old! The room stinks, there are a lot of debris in the corridor, and there are a lot of ants on the bed. Although the room price is very cheap, if you stay at this price, you will get at least a bright, clean and tidy environment for backpackers.

The room isn't soundproof at all. The next room yawns, coughs, sneezes, you can hear it all like you're sleeping next to each other. I was lying down and had to wake up. 😥😥

I stayed in a room without windows. It's fine if you're just staying overnight. There are no security issues, and they offer kind services such as storing your luggage after check-out.
