The room so so. There is a sound from the bathroom that doesnot stop and prevent you from sleeping and the digging started at 9 am on weekend and the pillows are high and not comfortable

GGee88The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.

MMH1A big thank you for Nadia from in reception who tried to get us a free upgrade, even tho she couldn’t since there were no possibility due to limited availability but she still switched the room type to one of our liking. Our stay was very nice and we will definitely return.

KKelejichi0518The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the Mediterranean Sea in the city. The hardware is very good in the local area. However, the room the hotel front desk gave us had a poor orientation and we could not see the sea. There was a huge air conditioner outside the window blocking the view. Moreover, there was no breakfast buffet, so we could only order a very simple breakfast. The price/performance ratio needs to be improved.

Xxiongj05Very good, costly performance. Very close to Pigeon Rock attractions, easy to go out! Breakfast service is offered and the waiters are very considerate. They will accompany you throughout your stay! I would stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient. The rooms are spacious and bright with complete facilities. The service staff are warm and friendly and provide first-class service. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and is worth recommending!

SSpringfieldThe first time I stayed, I felt very good, especially the bathroom, the facilities are complete, there is hot water up, this is rare in hotels of the same level in Lebanon, wooden floor, big bed, socket internationalization, very convenient next time I will choose 👍
