It's very central location which was very easy access to the city as well as to the relations houses . The staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and tidy . it would have been nice if there was a mini fridge. Overall it's a good hotel

Great location! There are many scenic restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The room was new, clean, and spacious enough. The bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Plus, there's a bar on the first floor with a pool table where you can play and watch sports!

Don’t know why they gave me a room for wheelchair user which I obviously am not and therefore the facilities are not ergonomic for me at all. Hotel staff called me after 10pm on my first night to ask me to go downstairs to sign a document is bizarre as it was already my bedtime. The hair dryer in the bathroom is completely useless. Breakfast has limited selection and the same food is served every morning.

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff, Ali, provided great service. There's a McDonald's and a supermarket nearby, and the DM store isn't far either.

Exceeded expectations. This is a 4-star hotel with 170 rooms, including a sauna and gym. The breakfast was delicious. It's conveniently located, making it easy to get anywhere. The lobby offers snacks, fruit, and lemonade, which made us feel very welcome. All the luxury brands you could want are available nearby.

Overall, very impressed! The room was clean, the atmosphere quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and there was convenient parking. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location is easy to get to, ideal for those with business in the area or just passing through. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely stay here.

The hotel is located in a very good place near Alexanderplatz and has good connections. The staff were polite and kind. My room had a nice city view. But the hotel has some weird rules such as we have to reserve for room clean every day and they won't clean the room regularly that I could not figure out why Hotel management made that rule. Also they just provide water for the first day as welcome gift and after that we have to buy.

The breakfast included chia seeds, which was a healthy touch! The room was clean and tidy, the service was attentive, and it's very close to the subway station with many restaurants nearby – super convenient.
