It was great! We got a very spacious room with everything one might need during the trip. The armchairs were amazingly comfortable (we even want to buy the same ones for our home). The location is also great. And the manager was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience for a reasonable price!

+ The checkin and checkout process is very automated. + Laundry service is available with additional pay. - Mattress is too soft to cause back pain. - Amenities were not cleaned properly. - TV and wifi does not work with Amazon connection ++ The location is convenient for tram, bus and S-Bahn within 100 meters. Do not recommend for very short stay!

Had a great stay here! The room is spacious, clean and modern with all the comforts you need. There is luggage lockers, laundry and common area on the ground floor making it suitable for all types of travellers. The building is very secure and has an inviting vibe from the moment you walk in. I would recommend completing the guest information via the Hotel Bird app before you arrive to ensure check in is easy. The hotel emails you a great information pack on the first day about using the amenities which is really helpful. It is close to the train station, eateries, supermarket and pharmacy so you have access to everything you may need. However, if you are looking for nightlife in Berlin this is not the right area to stay as there is not a lot going on. The only two pieces of feedback would be the comforters felt a little dusty and there was some dust under the bed as well. The english instructions to use the laundry could be clearer.
