An extremely unprofessional management. Very poor communication, poor processes, a "do not care" attitude. I went to Sunsquare Gardens on 26 Jan 24 with my friend. The cocktails and couple drinks we had were excellent from the bar side. We decided to book a room as we enjoyed the environment. Surprisingly we had to attend to a friend in emergency situation. And so we cancelled the room. Having not even set our feet inside the room. I paid with my debit card, refund was promised within 48 hours. It's been over 2 weeks now. No words from management, no updates whatsoever, I had to drive to the hotel to enquire, the staff looked perplexed and unsure of how such refunds can be processed. To date, I have not received my money at all...and no words from management!
