來長沙選擇了這家梅溪湖邊上的酒店，酒店周邊環境很好，酒店的設計也都很精緻，裝飾的很精美，酒店服務人員也都很熱情貼心，感謝cicy和yilia的服務，感覺很棒，酒店交通也很方便，離地鐵站比較近，有時間還可以去梅溪湖邊上散散步很舒心~

很不錯，酒店工作人員都很熱心，泳池底部的鏤空設計很驚艷。房間很漂亮，住的很舒服。離地鐵站很近，出行方便。

The first time I came to Changsha with my parents, I spent a long time choosing a hotel. In the end, I chose Meixi Lake Indigo. I was not disappointed, but surprised! The newly opened hotel in 2013, the facilities, environment, room design and use details are just right, the breakfast variety is a boutique buffet, croissants and Weisong downstairs are produced uniformly, and it is the first full score croissants this year! The most surprising thing is the service. I didn’t feel the warmth and comfort of Changsha Indigo when I stayed in Tianjin Xiamen before. The service staff I met here are rare hotel service talents, long-lost like spring breeze. In addition to smiles, there are professional and thoughtful travel suggestions and check-in inquiries, and they actively propose plans for guests to choose. Let me feel the happiness of the journey! Special thanks to Yilia and Wendy, young hotel practitioners are the first stop to start a beautiful journey! Compared with the front desk girl of InterContinental Suzhou Yiheng, it is really a world of difference. Yilia and Wendy have provided us with travel suggestions many times, and they are willing to listen and considerate to provide practical help! The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Metro Line 2, and it takes about 30 minutes to take a taxi to Yuelu Mountain May Day Square. I hope to stay here next time! I must go running on City Island next time, it’s a very comfortable travel option!

It is recommended to stay in the lake view room, which is really beautiful; the sanitary environment is also very good, and every detail is cleaned very cleanly. In terms of service, from the front desk to the guest room, they speak softly and respond to every request. The overall experience is still good. There is a little unpleasant thing. I used the hotel swimming pool once, registered the guest information at the front desk, and showed the room card. The staff let me go smoothly, but when I changed my swimming trunks and went out of the dressing room with a bath towel, I was stopped by the staff again and asked to verify the guest information again and verify the information of the co-residents. The reason given was that someone had recently pretended to be a guest to use the hotel's health facilities, which required strict verification. This made me a little speechless. The hotel should strictly verify, but it should be completed during the registration process. You can't pass it perfunctorily during the registration. When I was only wearing swimming trunks, they stopped me to do this specifically. This makes people a little unhappy. Do you think I look like a white* party? Or is this the level of work? At this point, I still hope that the hotel can optimize the relevant processes and provide guests with a better experience.
