朋友推薦去的時候期待值很高的，整體環境也不錯，低分是給價格和服務的，晚上入住之後，**自動跳出在住的房型，兩晚差價300。對於這種酒店來説，我覺得不應該出現這種情況。問酒店前台我可不可以退一天再**在再續一天，前台説需要提前一天預約，但是我在**選日期是可以點上的。不會再住。廁所的花灑也有點問題。

房間很大，圓形浴缸很震撼，吹風機是戴森的，有幼童專用的洗漱包，屋內有滑梯、皮球、毛絨玩具和小童書，孩子的卧床有紗幔吊蓋，小孩子非常喜歡。早餐很有常州特色，有豆腐湯，蝦餅，紅湯麪，麻圓等常州美食。服務人員很貼心，主動提供更多的牙具水果。管家張永軍先生不僅贈送我們小禮品，還幫我們把行李放到車上。是一次體驗極為舒適的居住。

設施：房間的床品很舒服
衞生：衞生乾淨不乾淨看浴缸和馬桶，細節滿滿，很乾凈
環境：環境也很不錯
服務：服務更沒的説，在樓層碰到服務人員都會打招呼，晚上前台還有深夜粥真的很用心，退房時前台小哥哥渠飛飛，送了暖寶寶和梳篦，説是天冷了，真的很細心也很暖。活脱脱一個大暖男😍哈哈哈，文璞真的值得推薦，下次還會繼續選擇

前台水晶姐姐服務效率高，房間面積大 通風效果不錯。被子柔軟 睡的很舒服，空調效果強，很快達到理想的温度，早餐口味很多，吃的選擇性比較多，還有免費logo袋，電視屏幕大 清晰度也高，還支持一鍵投屏。停車場車位比較多，位置便利。
