Novotel Chennai OMR Reviews

I had a comfortable stay here in terms of service and hospitality. The staff were courteous. As far as the facility is concerned the room walls looked old and missing the appeal to qualify it as a 5 star hotel. I could clearly smell wood whenever I walk in the room and the bath area is quite small and not tidy. The food tasted decent but the options in the buffet are quite limited compared to other 5 star hotels. I would not recommend picking this hotel if you are truly looking for the comforts of a 5 star

Poor service with one Service guy. Ask me same question and call with me again. let me waiting for a long time when i checkiin at night. already share ctrip booking no. for the front center person. But need me to take room card to front center and extend again tommorrow. And no ask me help me to take my luggage to the room. Thats my second time come here. This time service very bad. First time 11/16 front center service is very good.

Good location

For my first business trip to India, I only stayed for one night as it was a transit city, but the hotel was great. However, there were difficulties getting around from the airport to the hotel, and it took longer than expected. Breakfast was very modern and clean. Next time I come to Chennai, I will definitely use this hotel again.

Disgusting experience When I check in room, some bad smell was coming, I thought may be coz of monsoon. Next day after shower when I wanted to throw ear buds in dustbin, i open the dustbin and saw 2 laundry bag with sanitary pad in it. How dirty and in hygiene it was. And after calling housekeeping supervisor (sinduja) she was smiling like she found ureka moment Very bad experience

Located inside the Novotel Chennai OMR , Chennai , the Square is one of the best restaurants for multi cuisine buffet .I wish to appreciate all the efforts and care taken by F&B executive Swami and team (would also specifically mention Mini ) for making my visit so special. The posh ambience and vibe in here was very soothing. All their dishes were delectable.All staff from the service team here was extremely polite, humble and hospitable and accommodated all our requests. It was really nice of Chef Sachin to serve us the signature special Dal makhani so well , which we found to be quite unique, flavoursome and spicy. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a lovely dining experience with family and friends.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and the staffs were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions special thanks to Ms. Prerona thank you so much for your incredible service you're too kind we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Looking for forward to comeback. Overall great experience! Thank you👍

Nice gesture by the staff (right from security to the front desk and room service) Pleasant welcoming by receptionist sheethal amazing ambience , valer parking available 24*7 , spacious with lot of comfort in the room... Prerona in reception is so helpful and polite thank you for the hospitality.
