Mi estancia fue muy agradable. Estar en una habitación frente al lago Titicaca fue una experiencia de ensueño. La comida del restaurante me pareció deliciosa, y su costo es realmente justo. Recomiendo altamente hospedarse en este hotel.

Muito boa a recepção. Excelente vista do Lago taquicaca. Teve uma festa de ano novo ao estilo Peruano. Os quartos possuem aquecedores. Todos os quartos possuem vista para o lago. Experiência única. Tem piscina. Tem SPA. O quarto não possui frigobar.

Stayed here for several nights after a long biketrip. Lovely hotel. We enjoyed the spa, sauna, views en restaurant. We will remember Glenn, Jezus and the rest of the staff the most for they where amazing helpful and friendly. Thank you very much

Todo es perfecto en el hotel, además de bello y con una decoración impecable y admirable, el servicio en la recepción, restaurante y demás es EXCELENTE. Tienen una tienda preciosa con prendas y recuerdos preciosos!!! Los jardines son de ensueño. Para los místicos un deleite debido a su estructura y cristales gigantes y tiene muchos ambientes para fotografías. Las habitaciones cómodas y calientitas, ordenadas y con una vista FANTÁSTICA del lago. El buffet desayuno uno de los mejores que he probado. Los platos del restaurante DELICIOSOS!!!! La causa andina, el ceviche de trucha waw!!!!!! Demasiado rico. Están a media hora del centro de Puno y el traslado vale el esfuerzo. Siempre vuelvo y volveré. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

Great hotel. The facilities were great, room was perfect and the food was really good. The most amazing thing about the hotel is the staff. They are all so lovely, thank you Glenn, Jesus and Gladys for the amazing stay. Definitely recommend this hotel
