Our top hotel picks are based on price, location, and guest reviews to help you find the best stay.
"As always, it is a good place to stay, the price/performance ratio is amazing, and it is relatively clean.
The refrigerator inside can be turned off with a switch to reduce noise."
"The location of the hotel is good. The lobby is gorgeous. But the room view is not good 👎 the hotel in downtown Cleveland is really at the bottom. Compared with other houses, the front desk is not generous enough, even the bottle of water is $4 per bottle. The room facilities are modern."
"The hotel is in a very good location, with a direct view of Lake Erie from the window, which is great
Facilities: Complete and thoughtful, but the sink drains very slowly
Sanitation: Clean!
Environment: Beautiful
Service: Friendly service, freshly made breakfast, great!"
"Free shuttle service is provided, and it is convenient to go to and from the airport. The room is spacious and bright, and the decoration is very warm. Simple breakfast, especially the coffee tastes good. The service attitude at the front desk is very good and suitable for business travel."
"The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding facilities are complete, the travel and dining are very convenient, the hotel is clean and tidy, antique, the front desk service is very intimate, we arrived in the morning, waited for a man to let us stay, thank you very much."
"The location is very good, there are places to eat around, and there are also Italian supermarkets, which are more convenient for shopping and eating. When I went there, it was snowing heavily in Cleveland, but the traffic was relatively good and there was no congestion."
"The hotel has a welcoming staff with spacious common spaces and rooms. The Orbit stays true to its name, playing on the theme, with colors, wall coverings, and appointments reminiscent of the early 60's when there were 7 astronauts, a Mercury program, and a new organization called NASA. It sits in the shadow of the NASA Glenn Research Center and across the street from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, and a nice big bathroom. The breakfast bar was well appointed with something for everyone to include an automatic pancake maker straight out of the Jetson's! I will be back."
"The hotel is a building with a bit of history, the corridors and rooms are quite large. There is a complimentary breakfast and dinner, and there are a few glasses of alcoholic drinks in each room, free popcorn. There is a parking fee of 28 US dollars per day at the entrance of the hotel. There are many other parking garages around the hotel, usually about 10 US dollars a day. Overall very good"
"Cleveland, a beautiful city on the edge of the Great Lakes, accidentally saw a lot of tigers in the Year of the Tiger. The hotel is big and clean, and the breakfast is standard American breakfast."
"Good location for visitors to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a 10 minute walk away
Comfortable beds, clean rooms and as we arrived by train from NYC, it was good to know that the front desk is open 24 hours a day.
Disappointed that the breakfast was not a buffet, only waitress service, but this was a minor issue."

Great
GGuest UserAlthough there are some tech issues with this place (resetting the room Chromecast would not get it to work and neither would the phone pairing/dishwasher is crazy loud/shower pressure adequate) the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere compensated sufficiently for this stay. Holly and the other staff make you feel like you're visiting with family (but not too close family) - like cousins - in a good way. So I felt welcome and the room and bed was comfortable, piling three of their marshmallow pillows enable me to get sufficient head support and the pool and gym are good enough for a short stay. Kitchen set-up is just enough to do the basics but has everything you need, the large fridge is great. The area set aside for dogs was well established and attended to, all the walks were regularly cleared of snow. As buffet breakfasts go I thought it was better than average at this point, with a small but well chosen selection that can cover all tastes and was not the usual dried out recycled buffet fare.
GGuest UserThe hotel location is off the highway, there are quite a few restaurants for personal or business gatherings, the room is spacious, with the sofa and desk for working, microwave, small fridge; especially the bathroom is big with a roomy shower room, the only thing was the A/C, once the heat was on, there’s a big noise. The Continental breakfast was also included in the room rate, That’s another plus.
GGuest UserGood location ,Hotel seemed in a good shape ,clea lines was lacking, either cleaned in a rush .Our washroom floor was not mopped u can tell by bath mat turned black as we wiped the water spill from shower. Emptied the washropm garbage bin and handful of hair in garbage bin.The beds were comfy and clean. The staff were friendly especially the food/catering side. The parking attendant on the other hand was very rude.He sat there on his phone while we struggled to get access into parking lot although we had pre paid for parking. .He seemed annoyed when we asked for help. Not sure what he he is there for .Turned out it was their scanner issue. Parking is extra 20 dollars a night and breakfast buffet was 18 dollars for adult and $ 6 or 8 for kids under 12 .
GGuest UserThis is a quite hotel. I haven't ordered a meal from here, however I appreciate the dish and silverware they are able to loan out to guests. The room itself is cleaned and sanitized well just like it was last time. You can plug your laptop into the TV. This isn't my first time coming back and I would come back again.
CColleen Oberst King bedI was extremely disappointed as soon as I arrived I went to check in I was already was exhausted from being at my Brother in laws funeral services all day. I unfortunately wasn't able to check in for my first night due to unexpected situations that happened with my Family. I was able to finally go get some rest and that was on my second day of my 2 Day reservation which was at this point 5:00am and the lady who was checking me in told me that they canceled my reservation and no refund which fine I get it for the first night because I was not able to check in but for the second day I couldn't understand why they would cancel my second day for no reason at all. So as I was standing there already exhausted and
Ssomnium_viatoremGreat value for the price. Got a queen suite with a small kitchenette. Bathroom sink barely worked, only a slight trickle of water came out, but at least there was a fully functioning kitchen sink. Toilet flush handle was broken when we first arrived but they did fix it promptly once we brought it to their attention. Bed mattress was fairly comfy. Front desk staff was attentive for the most part. Kitchen wares such as pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. were available for loan which was a nice amenity. However, I had some trouble getting one of the burners on the stove to work. Rooms were fairly clean but could use an update. Elevators were dirty though, trash and dust all over the floors of them. Laundry facilities were decent and had many washers and dryers available in good condition. Exercise room was small but decent. No weights though, just an elliptical, treadmill, and spin bike. It was open 24/7 though which was cool. Also, they advertise breakfast, but all they have is shitty coffee in the early mornings that quickly runs out.
LLIYANThe breakfast is ordinary American style, the fruit has apples, the other is bread, which is not suitable for Chinese people's stomach; the hotel is very close to the airport and it has free parking; remind everyone, the hotel remarks that the free airport shuttle service has been cancelled Yes, you need to pay separately, 5 dollars per person.
