"10/22 I came to stay for one night on a business trip. The room was okay. The result of my executive bed room was a tatami-like room. The window was open before check-in, so the quilt was a bit damp, the altitude was high and there was no air conditioning, so it would be a bit uncomfortable.
The water in the bath was very hot and the water was very fast at first. There was no hot water in two minutes. The temperature was reduced too fast and it was not comfortable to wash, so. . . Just sauce purple"

GGuest UserIncredibly helpful and attentive staff at the front desk. Great coffee too. Nice bakery next door. We had one of the houses out back. Perfect for our family stay. Some of the rooms are a bit tired, but it is incredibly good value for money. A £1 Grab ride to the market and most of Dalat.

However had a room directly facing the main road so morning traffic and noise definitely affected our sleep. Try to get a room facing the other side if you need more peace and quiet. GGuest UserThis hotel needs a rebuild, or at least a comprehensive renovation. It's highly overpriced in its current state, perhaps still attracting guests like me by the Muong Thanh name.
Almost everything is old and worn out. There is only one reachable power socket in the room, not on the bedside. One bedside table lamp had a broken inline switch, which hangs out of view, and is a shock hazard as one touches it. When I reported this, they just took the lamp away. I had to ask for a replacement again as that was the only nighttime light one can reach. The bathroom is very dimly lit, shower flow feeble, and shower gel and shampoo too little even for one person. No conditioner.
Breakfast service is mediocre. Empty dishes and coffee carafe were not replenished even after 15 minutes. After someone spilled coffee, nobody came to clean it up.

JJelly_Everyone ! I recommend this hotel in dalat , Staff really really gooddd , kind and nice service , they help me as fast as they can when my room have some problem. Also Some costumer near my room opened speaker so loudly and I called reception. They come to solve it so fast even though that girl not stop to open 😅 but everything it was so good to me , nice location , near cafe and bus terminal. Before I will move to another place I forgot my phone but reception cute girl who wear glasses gave back to me , I can’t remember her name but really thank you ㅜㅜ I love here and I will go too visit there again if I have chance 🫶🏻🙏🏻

If you want to contact the hotel to pick up in the city, it is recommended to email the hotel to the Ctrip order number. I wrote several emails to the hotel. At first they said that they could be picked up, and the next day they said yes (only customers can come to pick us up from the resort), and suggested that we call. I said Ctrip's order number later, and the hotel sent someone to pick it up. So I don’t know if it’s because of this. The hotel’s entertainment facilities are a bit short, but the breakfast is very rich. .

AAysabelle LeeEventho its a bit small but the location is great and right at the city center! Love how easy it is to borrow a scooter from the reception but they will hold our passport eventho there is no deposit needed. The room is a bit small but its clean and cozy. The best bed I’ve had. It has massage if you want you can ask the reception and they also sell snack eventho it is more expensive than in town. And also their receptionist is super friendly 🫶🏻🥰

CChongMy favourite hotel whenever I go Dalat! Very close to the night market, lake garden. Many eateries like cafe, hot pot are just outside of the hotel. Big room but they don't have aircon in the room and it could be hot during day time I. The month of March to Aug.
