I really enjoyed staying in Grand Orchid who has a big room. Everything is so clean. The staff especially who working in the restaurant are so friendly and helpfull

Strategic location, lots of souvenir centers around, there are angkringan too, just walking distance to Transmart, near the airport, clean rooms. What needs to be improved is the service because I checked in late (afternoon) and wanted to shower straight away but waited 1 hour for towels to be delivered. then the breakfast is very standard, it needs more variations. There is no swimming pool or gym, so there is only for resting/sleeping.

The first time I entered the AC room, it didn't get cold for almost an hour. The operator reported that it was only repaired. Ordered 2 rooms, in one of the rooms the television only had a purple screen (visually damaged), I asked the AC repair person. He said the repairman hadn't come for a long time. Finally the children watched TV with a purple screen. The next day we had breakfast, this was the first breakfast the hotel asked for an omlette and we were asked to pay 20 thousand/portion, in the end we didn't order it. And the ending was when checking out, I was asked to wait first to check the room, indeed that night my child fell out of bed and made his mouth bleed, and the blood got a little on the bedsheets. Asked for a fee of 100 thousand for cleaning the bed sheets. At least it sucks... Very disappointed. Not recommended
