Dongyang Yintai City Store is definitely a TOP level of experience. It must be recommended by real name! On the night of check-in, the night shift service ambassador sister was intimate and efficient, smiling throughout the whole process, the check-in procedure was quick and neat, and the gentle and generous attitude made people feel kind, and instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. When leaving, I also reminded the parking code to scan the code, and the care in the details was particularly warm. Had a wonderful stay at this Ji hotel! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. The bed was incredibly comfy – I had such a restful sleep. The room was very clean and had a pleasant fragrance, which made the whole stay even more comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. Highly recommended for both comfort and hospitality!

The service was great. I had a few things to discuss with the front desk, and they responded very quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The room itself was also quite good. My advice for anyone visiting Hengdian is that you don't necessarily need to stay right next to the film city. Accommodation there tends to be overpriced, especially when there are shows or events. Instead, a taxi ride to Dongyang isn't expensive, and you get to stay in a comfortable, clean, and safe chain hotel, which offers excellent value for money.
