The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are complete. Getting around is also very convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The front desk lady was very gentle, warm, and thoughtful, and check-in was super fast. The Wi-Fi was smooth, though the TV sometimes disconnected. "Stayed in this hotel again after the combo tickets ended. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Could see Qinwang Palace and Dream Valley from the room. The non-smoking room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and had many varieties including some western food. Unlimited water bottles for guests. I also tried their free suan-mei soup which was very tasty. Laundry facility included a washer, a washer/dryer combo and space for hanging dry clothes. It took about 3 hours to dry clothes in the dryer."
