The location is good. The hotel interior desires really nice or decorate by antique furniture and the lighting is very nice. You can take a lot of photo in the ground floor and corridor. The room is the same as what I see in the website decoration is nice and clean. We went in May and the weather is hot and the hotel air condition is this is good enough. We got upgraded to bigger room and the washroom is very big. The receptionist and or the hotel butler ( I forgot adked her name) is very friendly and helpful. I would like to said thank you to her. The hotel provided free breakfast. It tastes good. We lived 2 nights and they very early in the morning that we cannot catch up the breakfast time. The hotel butler prepared takeout for us so that we can have it in airport. The breakfast included congee, homemade sausage, fruit, milk. It all tasted good. I definitely will recommend to all my friend. I will book again when I come back..

I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

A hidden gem of a guesthouse. Excellent location, right next to Dream Valley and Qin Palace, within walking distance. Charming folk-style architecture, unique buildings, swimming pool, and small water features. Five-star hygiene standards. Five-star service, truly making you feel at home. The butler, Xiao Lin, and the other night shift butler provided exceptionally attentive and warm service. The hotel breakfast is also top-notch. For someone traveling abroad, being able to eat home-cooked meals at the hotel was incredibly touching. My mother doesn't eat meat, and the chef made special arrangements accordingly. Book this amazing guesthouse with confidence!

The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. Just a few minor issues: the hairdryer was quite heavy and the plug would sometimes come loose. The towel ring needs to be secured better. Memory foam pillows would be a more comfortable option. The activities were a bit repetitive; we only saw a clown handing out balloons every morning. For the buffet breakfast, I'd recommend avoiding the connected dining chairs, especially if you have kids, as the tables and chairs are too far apart, making it inconvenient to eat. Their back balcony offers a panoramic view of Dream Bund, perfect for photos. The hallway also makes for great photo ops with its strong Republic of China-era vibe. I'd also suggest booking your tickets with the hotel as you can then use them multiple times at each attraction.

Five stars, highly recommended! My overall experience at the Hengdian International Building was impeccable. The hotel is located in the heart of Hengdian, making it a short drive to major attractions like Qin Palace and Dream Valley. The surrounding commercial area is lively, offering great convenience for getting around and dining. The guest rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent hygiene and outstanding soundproofing. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry-wet separation. They even provided welcome fruit – thoughtful details everywhere! The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western dishes, plus local snacks. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive. They also have a free parking lot and a gym, all well-equipped. As an official hotel of the film and TV city, it's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The value for money is outstanding. This will be my top choice when visiting Hengdian, and I'll definitely stay here again.

I booked two rooms: one suite with a living room and one twin room. Both were great. Although the hotel is by the road, the soundproofing was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the air conditioning was cool enough, and the shower had good strong hot water. The hotel is very close to New Yuanming Palace, about a 5-minute drive. I specifically chose a nearby hotel because my elderly family members wanted to visit New Yuanming Palace. The area around the hotel is still under development, so the amenities aren't as established as in a mature city center. There are only a few restaurants across the road. However, since we had a car, it was only a 10-minute drive to areas with more dining options, so staying a bit further out wasn't an issue. The hotel breakfast was good. One day was a buffet, and the other two days it was delivered to the room. I ordered a bowl of preserved vegetable noodles and a bowl of wontons, along with eggs and side dishes. The portions were generous, and I couldn't finish it all.

During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the room was spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, comparable in quality to what you'd find in a star-rated hotel. It's great value for money and highly recommended as the top choice for anyone visiting Hengdian.

The room I was given wasn't big, but I really liked the layout. Although small, it was quite charming, and the decor was comfortable and made me feel safe. The air conditioning was great, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The service was also very good; they served porridge in the evening, and since it was the Dragon Boat Festival when I stayed, they had zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) for breakfast. They even gave me a small sachet upon check-out – very thoughtful! The only downside was that the toilet flushing was a little loud, but it didn't affect usability. Overall, it was great value for money. There's a shopping mall nearby, and parking at the hotel is quite convenient.

The room was quite spacious, and there was even a comfortable sofa perfect for lounging and using your phone. The entrance to Qin Palace was right outside the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. After a day of exploring, it was such a great feeling to walk straight from the attraction's exit back to the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful too!
