__CFT010000002445****In short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

XXiaomaoyuI rarely stayed in a homestay when I went out to play before. I accidentally brushed this one. It was very close to the attractions and the room type was very suitable. I hesitated to book one night. I didn't expect to be too satisfied! The long-haired lady with glasses at the front desk is very nice, warm and gentle! The room is suitable for a family of three, and adult children are also suitable! The child likes the small room behind the curtain, independent space, and the bed is still big! The floor heating is very sufficient, and it is very warm when entering the room. The facilities are complete and the location is reasonable. Speaking of the bed, I felt that the bed in the hotel was very soft before. Compared with this homestay, the bed was tight and flexible, especially in line with my requirements! I slept very soundly all night and really felt like sleeping at home. I should try the homestay in the future, very good! There were too few photos in the room. I felt very satisfied as soon as I entered. I was a little excited. I forgot to take it. Haha 😄 This homestay is only a few minutes away from Dream Valley and Qin Palace. The location is not bad.

For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat.

1. Hotel’s renovation look abit old/ aged although advertised it is 4 star selected hotels in Hengdian world studio.
Remark: We booked family room which included two adult tickets and one child ticket. Refer to online comments, people said can top up money to change the child ticket to adult ticket, but we were unable to do it.

SShenqianyiThe room was very spacious, a two-bedroom suite with a nice small living area, perfect for spreading out all the takeout food. It's super close to Qin Huang Palace, just across the street, and there are many costume rental shops nearby. It was clean, hygienic, and the service was good. Plus, there's free parking and charging stations available. Plenty of places to eat around as well.

GGuest UserThe room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff couldn't speak English, but we managed to communicate using a translation app, and they were very kind. There were issues with the facilities. Who would think the refrigerator switch is on the wall? It turned off every time we left, making the refrigerator pointless. Also, the air conditioner was broken and didn't blow warm air. Fortunately, they brought us a fan heater, so we managed to stay warm.

NNanJDMMBooked 2 nights during the Qingming Festival, and got a 3-day and 2-night package, which was very cost-effective. Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street are downstairs, and there are many places to eat in the scenic area. You can call a shuttle bus to go in and out. The room was clean and tidy. It was a pity that I booked too late and didn't get a parent-child room. The room on the first night was a bit noisy, but the hotel service attitude was very good, and helped to change the room the next day. Breakfast is on the first floor, very convenient. The Ming and Qing Palaces are within walking distance from the South Gate, and it is also convenient to take a taxi to other scenic spots. The only suggestion is that the slippers in the room are a bit small for men.

11500189****Each room is a separate tent room, very special. The powerless park in the hotel area is very large, because the car cannot enter, and it is safe for children to play alone. The service is also very good and the shuttle bus is very efficient.
I haven't been back yet, I've recommended several families with babies to come here to play.
Two shortcomings: 1. The floor of the room is really dirty, a few walks barefoot, the soles of the feet are all black...
2. The hotel breakfast child charges, there is no prompt when booking and checking in, when I go to eat, I say that the child is more than 1 meter 1 half price. Generally, the parent-child hotel package is two large and one small breakfast, or more than 1 meter 3 half price. This breakfast charge is really unexpected.

GGuest UserI am old, taking advantage of the fact that I can walk around more now, I came to Hengdian and booked Taikun International Hotel. It is really a good hotel. The lobby is very stylish and has a scene. The room is my favorite layout. The waiter cleaned very cleanly and the service was warm and thoughtful. The price is very affordable than the surrounding hotels, the bedding in the room is very comfortable, the facilities are easy to use, there are security patrols at night, the safety of customers is very guaranteed, it is very close to the scenic spot, it is very good to have to give a good review.
